I go to the one in Palm Beach Gardens on Northlake Boulevard. The guy there is not that great when I put my new contacts in I was dizzy and everything was blurry and he said how do you know that you just put them in? I’ve been been wearing contacts for for 15 years and I know as soon as I put them in if they’re right or not, I’ve had to go back three times and now I have to go to another one down in West Palm Beach for another eye exam I will never never be going back there. I have never had so many problems.

I went in three weeks ago for an exam. Brought a pair of my personal RayBans to have my prescription put into them. Got a notification two weeks ago that they were ready. Have been in twice and they are unable to find them, although the system says they have been delivered. Today I went to the store and spoke with the manager, who was able to locate the frames in the back of the store. According to him, they were sent out and returned with no lenses. (I suspect they had not been sent out at all). No compensation, or even an apology, just, you’ll have to wait another ten days. Very disappointed.

Just like I stated on your last survey. The pre-examination the working with the virtual doctor all that went well. It’s the getting your order back in a timely manner that had me upset because of lack of communication I have from where they sent the glasses to them speaking back with them why it took so long.

I went for the eye exam and wanted to take advantage of the special. I went in for my eye exam and Makayla was great. She was kind and explained everything well. I picked out a pair after but the prices were extremely high I was priced about $500 for a pair of sunglasses that were tagged $119. I’ve worn glasses my whole life so I understand that the price changes once you add your prescription but I never anticipated it would be $400+ just to add the prescription to the lenses.

Staff was not very friendly. Basically they seemed like it was a bother that I was there. When you are picking out frames and need opinions they should be willing to help. After all. I spent $900.00 the day I was there. I have used your company before and had a great experience. This time not so much. I will have 2nd thoughts in using you again. Also. When you call the automated number and it states your order is ready for pick up you expect everything to be there for pick up that you ordered. Nope! Only one item was there to pick up so now I have to make another trip.

I had a great experience during my visit. McKala did my eye exam and was amazing throughout the entire process. She was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain each part of the exam so I understood exactly what was going on. She made the whole experience comfortable and never rushed me, making sure my prescription was accurate and that everything was checked thoroughly. You can really tell she cares about her patients and wants them to have the best vision possible.

After my exam, Jedd helped me with my purchase and made the process just as smooth. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me choose the right glasses. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was a good fit for me. The customer service from both of them made the whole visit a really positive experience.

Overall, the service was excellent and I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness from both McKala and Jedd. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want a great eye exam and help finding the right glasses.

Used your service now twice. Both times have been great. Staff is great and the quality of care great.

Got two pairs one for reading i probably could have got a pair at dollars store. Second, pair for long distance can't even see out of them. What a rip I should have just had my old ones replaced. With That prescription seemed like I was rushed through the eye exam. You get what you paid for should have used. My insurance and went to a real doctor.

The people made the he difference at the location at Northlake blvd in west palm beach fl they were friendly and helpful and had a sense of urgency about them that they know to move fast but slow enough to not make you feel rushed

Everything was wrong starting with the eye exam. Ordered 3 different pairs of glasses non of them I could see out of. Had to go to 3 different stores to get it right.
