Updated review! We purchased our glasses in a corporate store and chose Stanton because we were moving to a different state and wanted to be sure that if we had issues that they would be taken care of on the other end, the other end happens to be a franchise store which can’t help with issues from a corporate store. Crystal in the Pensacola, Florida location ended up being very helpful. The frustrating part is not being able to reach someone by phone, you get routed to a call center and you just have to hope someone calls you back.

So far my glasses don’t work for me
So far my glasses don’t work for me. I have driven in 3 times since I got them and the tried to adjust them, but the are not aligned right and they hurt my ears. Today I drove back in for an appointment, but when I got there. Their equipment was down and was told they called me yesterday. No so. Now I have to wait until they get the machines working and they will call me back.

The techs, male who did the eye exam explained the exam process and the female tech, second process set me in a chair to read the letters and numbers on different viewing
