When i picked up glasses, the prescription was wrong. I was told to keep them for a week and if still a problem come back and retest with optician. Optician not available for over 1 month.

Glasses didn't work
Glasses didn't work. Prescription was wrong. They wanted me to wait another 6 to 8 weeks to "fit me in" to fix the fact I couldn't see to read. After I had been practicing for 2 weeks for "my eyes to adjust".

They are great been using them for years. Didn’t wait long, and I was a walk in with no appointment. Everyone is nice and the young man who helped me was great and funny. It was a pleasant experience. I just got my new glasses yesterday so I’m trying to adjust. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience
Crystal treated me with warmth and care. I was a first time customer walk-in, but Crystal greeted me like she was happy to see me. She explained the eye exam process and helped me to pick glasses within my budget. I am grateful the customer service and the product as well as the thorough exam
