Hello Katina, we understand how disappointing it can be when you’re unable to receive the specific type of exam you were expecting. Yes, we do perform diabetic eye exams. During the exam, retinal photos are taken to check for eye conditions related to diabetes, and if dilation is needed, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled at no additional cost. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll be escalating this internally to ensure it’s thoroughly reviewed. It is nothing like it used to be
It is nothing like it used to be. By the time I left it was charged over 700.00 for extra stuff. No special really with all the extra charges. You can’t talk to the stores. Everything goes to call centers. No wonder you only have one in Ms. Area. No such thing as customer service and you video call a person to do your exam.

MY PRECISPTION WASNT RIGHT SO I WENT TO EYE MART N PAID ALL OVER AGAIN CAUSE I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER FOR STANTON OPTICAL N THEY SAID IT WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BESIDES A TRADE OUT WTH THAT MEAN SO I LEFT REVIEW MANAGER CALLED N I TOOK THEM BACK WITH THE PRESCRIPTION I GOT FROM EYE MART AND SHE REDID THEM FOR ME N I THANK HER BUT WAITED 2 WEEKS AGAIN BUT ITS RIGHT.... WISH I COULD HAVE GOT MY EYE EXAM MONEY BACK CAUSE IT WASN'T THEIR PRESCRIPTION BUT I CAN FINALLY SEE BUT MONEY WAS WASTED....... Customer service was excellent
