I went to purchase glasses because I was in serious need of glasses which I did let the sales associate know. It wasn’t until I payed for the glasses that I was told it wouldn’t be ready for a week. I depend on my glasses for everything as my vision is very bad. I had to go to another place to get myself glasses. I called the same day I ordered from Stanton and let them know I was not in need of the glasses since I had to go somewhere else to get them. This happened in May. I had to call 5 times to get ahold of a manager. Once a manager called me back I was told I had to come pick up the glasses and I would get a refund and get a phone call be the end of the day. I have not been able to get ahold of management after that. So now I have glasses that are not correct I can’t see out of them and I’m out almost $400 because of the ball kept getting dropped. The glasses should have never been ordered since I literally called them within 4 hours of leaving the store. I will not be going back and will be telling everyone about this horrible experience and bad business practices that take place. In this economy $400 is a lot and the customer should not be the one to pay for the negligence of the staff.

The lady that "helped" me was rude. I don't know if she played dumb or was actually dumb but she is a terrible example of what customer service should be.

It took 2.5 hrs to get prescription. No communication on how frames were priced.

Friendly, professional staff. Best distance prescription I have had in a long time. The computer glasses are a bit strong and I told the manager that when I picked them up. She said I "need to get used to them". I'm 72 years old and have had dozens of prescriptions in my lifetime. When I put a pair of glasses on and I can't see clearly, I don't need to "get used to them". These are single vision lenses - not progressives, not bifocals. I would have given a lower rating, but I can use these if I get really close to my computer. It's not comfortable, but I don't need the confrontation with this manager again.

We had a wonderful experience at Stanton Optical. My mom got two pairs of prescription glasses, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The virtual visit with the doctor was excellent—he explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the exam very comfortable.
The two staff members who helped us were incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. They took the time to explain every step in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we felt confident with our choices. Their customer service was outstanding.
Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. We truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and excellent care we received. We highly recommend Stanton Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service!

Well, it started off with the eye exam and 2 glasses for $79.99 promotion. That's why I went in. Then they tell afterwards that it came out to over $600! So, I told them I just wanted the basic, plastic lenses. So, it was $79.99. Then they told me my glasses would be ready in 5-7 days. It's been almost a month now! I went last week to pick up one of them, and the lady said one lense was bigger than the other one. So, I had a bit again. Then I get another email, that one of my glasses are ready. I get there, try them on, and I can't see clear. It feels like I'm looking cross sided and double. So, so far I'm not satisfied with the service or recommend anybody. Besides, I was gonna go to America's Best, because that's where I went the 1st time, and they got my prescription and lenses correct and fast the 1st time! I just didn't go back because it's too far from me. That's why I tried Stanton. And so far, it's been a bad experience.

Listen to the customer!!! This was the worst experience ever. I came in for a specific product and ended with something totally different and when I was dissatisfied with the product, I was being forced, seemingly, to try to make the product work to satisfaction although I was ocmpletely unhappy with it.

First off,I literally saw the manager telling the girl to up charge me and heard him say they would split the commission!!! I went in for two pairs for $79 eye glasses. Second, I picked two pair for $79, with polycarbonate lenses, asked what the up charge would be. She replied not more than $50. Then she waited me $1985.00!!!! Girl lost her mind!!! I asked several times why would it go up $1900??? She replied because of the lenses! Third, I said fine give me plastic. With plastic lenses she was able to get it down to $1200!!!! At this point I'm getting mad!!!! I don't have a complicated prescription!!!! Single vision,plastic lenses, two for $79, and your telling me $1200!!! Now I'm really pissed!!! Kept telling her just let me pay the $79 for my exam and I will leave...... After spitting dropping numbers at me, and me refusing to fall for her and her managers shady, crooked, dealings, she finally says, okay manager approval!!! I got my two pair for $79!!!! The same two pair she was trying to charge almost $2000 for!!!!! It also took two weeks to get my glasses!!!! Needless to say, I will tell everyone to stay as far away from Stanton Optical as possible!!!!

I'm honest I loved everything about it everyone was very kind and helpful.

They were all great . Super nice and very helpful . I went in by myself and needed someone to be my extra person to see which glasses were a perfect fit and they were all ready to jump in to do the task ! Waited until I knew how to put contacts in and helped me with my finances because unfortunately I don’t have insurance .

Maria and Jenny were absolutely amazing as a team. Jenny was so knowledgeable about what frames would look great, and Maria was incredible about helping find an amount that I could afford. They were both extremely patient and understanding as it pertained to my unique needs.

All the employees were very friendly and helpful.

The price and the professionalism and how helpful everyone was.

Staff was outstanding. The only thing I would complain about is the price of my glasses after it was all said and done. $500 is an exorbitant amount of money.

Veronica is definitely a sweetheart, the store is clean, the exam went great and fast and all the staffs are nice as well,The reason I’m giving this one star review is because “$79 for two pairs” sounds more like a false advertisement to me. I understand that’s a type of marketing skill, but I was ending up getting quotes for $1200 for 2 pairs with my insurance and military discount. That’s like a huge difference with $79 for two pairs, i ended up getting only one pair for almost $400. That was a really upsetting experience.
