The lady that helped us out was very knowledgeable. They offer a payment plan through a 3rd party. Thanks to that I was able to get my glasses. 800 dollars later but got what was needed.

Just automatically sign you up for their club their warranty they don’t explain to you that you only take care of. They only take care of 20% of the glasses warranty you take your responsible of the rest of them and remainder after you spend hundreds of thousand dollars on glasses bad experience at this eyeglass store

Lyed about exam, lyed about time to get glasses, when I finally got them late they took a long time to find them because they don't know about the alphabet. Waste of time. My time they wasted was worth more than the glasses by far

We were there for over 2 1/2 hours
We were there for over 2 1/2 hours, i had my newborn son with me and there was no urgency. I was overcharged and they prepared the wrong glasses. When I was asked why I was overcharged they said that's the taxes. I'm stuck with two pairs of glasses that I don't want.

Well when they came back I tried and…
Well when they came back I tried and they were blurry on so she had me put on and redid the progressive lines and said she would send one pair back to redo and if it worked she would send other pair ,well got that pair back and it was same thing ,I told her it’s the prescription but didn’t want to listen to me just wanted to sell me a up grade of progressive.I have never had this problem getting glasses with other company.So I got frustrated and just told her to give me my glasses because I will not pay another 2-3 hundred dollars for a upgrade of progressive lens when it’s the prescription so she gave me my glasses and I left.

Always read the small print ask questions regarding policy, spent 800 for 2 pairs of glasses and Walmart quoted me half the price for two at the most. Tried to get a refund even before I received the glasses and I was told you have 24 hrs to cancel even though online it said that Stanton stands by its products and services and that you have 30 days but apparently only Stanton corporate honors that not Stanton franchise. Who asks if a company is franchise or corporate when purchasing. Go to Walmart instead.
