Definite “Markups”
I give this location 2 stars because I wasn’t aware so many “Discounts” added up to nearly $400. A simple 2 pair for $80 with “no markups” was definitely ”marked up”. The employees need to be transparent, just as the company advertises. The eye exam was quick if that’s all you need. It would be great to train employees with guiding and educating a customer with the “why” they recommend a certain add on. My experience was that the employee wanted to make a quick sale and failed in providing actual customer service.

Inaccurate eye exam prescription
Ordered two sets of glasses, the store manager said he would have to reorder the second pair because even though the system shows the glasses were delivered to the store they were lost. After receiving the one set of glasses I returned because the prescription was not correct. I was inconvenienced. It was suggested to go get a second opinion on my prescription with a optometrist Hill Country Vision Center where I went to get my second prescription to have my glasses reordered with prescription reimbursement.
