visit was great until we picked out frames. Advertised price was not given 2 for 80 apparently only includes the plastic frame no lens

was up charged $658 and wasbrought down to 356 and still had to argue plain plastic lenses with no extras not even antiglare like advertised and eventually paid 187

we will not return

My sons glasses work okay he says, but mine are definitely not the right prescription and I was informed that I need to go get my eyes checked at an optometrist, and so does my son to make sure the prescription is going to work. So now I am out of pocket not only for the glasses but I have to pay for two more visits. I truly wish someone had said, we need to send you to an optometrist because we aren’t sure your prescription can be handled by us due to the depth of it. Sadly, I can’t see out of one side, it’s extremely blurry, but when I use both eyes it does bring things into a better focus. Customer service was amazing, cost I incurred wasn’t planned and now more out of pocket expense truly makes me wish I had gone to a doctors office instead. The virtual thing may work if you don’t have vision issues, and I am sure most do well with this but it’s unfortunate that we were not aware of cost nor the need to go to another doctor at our expense prior to going into debt with this company.

The customer service is always on point. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

It was almost closing time the workers where all very patient and helpful with no rush , they gave me options and explain everything very well

I have told the woman who attended me I wanted the two frames for $79 and she said she did. I called and she just put me one pair and it costs me close to $400. Never go here and never will return.

Just your first question "what went wrong wrong this time: assumes a lot. My first time there wish I had not walked in. Only wanted the 2 for $79 deal but I got upsold and walked out with what I thought was for $1300.00 but paperwork refers to $2600.00. Talk about bait and switch. The video optomitrist was aweful, a bully, I had to get a second one. Then I don't understand the two price differnceces. I won't see my glasses for at least two weeks, so much for conveniece. I did make a payment of $410.00. They only wanted $10.00. Which was odd to me. I just want my money back. I opened a complaint with the BBB. The only ok about the visit was the lady helping me, very attentive.

Didn’t want to teach me to put in contacts I had to use YouTube and I still don’t know how to use them

Prices seem high and they add on a lot of extras they charge you for. Their $45 'club fee' was never mentioned to me, just added on to my bill.
