Staff did not know how to read my
Military vision script. Staff did not place an order for my reading glasses. I ended up receiving 2 distance glasses.

Unacceptable.

Very good customer service, especially for a emergency. Glasses were not too pricey, but not good either. Loved that we walked out with a pair.

Says 79$ wanted over 750$ for two pairs of regular glasses

This was my first experience getting an eye exam and glasses. It was super easy to understand and had great pricing. The staff is super friendly and always welcoming, amber is great! Would recommend just based off how friendly staff were!

I received great and caring customer service from start to finish during my visit for an eye exam for glasses. I love my pair of glasses.

The eye exam was disappointing that the dr was online and I was not told before hand. When doing first time eye exam I didn’t understand that he was also saying “or the same” as an option.

One pair of Glasses took weeks longer then estimated, and I still don't have my second pair.

Honestly everything went incredibly smoothly, there was hiccups on my end but the employee was incredibly patient with me. She was super friendly and helped what kind of glasses suited me and everything about the experience was great!

I paid 79 dollars for 2 0airs of glasses I only got one. Don't advertise and let people believe they are hating both pairs. When you're going to rip them off and only give them one. Then it's not same day you wind up waiting a week or two

My glasses and contacts came in quickly and the staff was wonderful.

I went to Stanton optical because we've been getting glasses there in an hour or less, for years. So of course, that's what I was expecting the day that I went. After I picked out my 2 frames and paid $128, I was told to come back in 3-5 business days. I was taken aback because I wasn't expecting that. The young lady that helped me told me that they didn't have my prescription lenses in the store. I was slightly annoyed(but didn't show it)and asked if she could check with other stores and I would even be willing to go pick them up myself. I told her if I couldn't get my glasses that day, I would like a refund. I suggested that next time maybe she should check and see if they have the lenses first before taking the payment or at least ask the customer if they want their glasses that same day or if they don't mind waiting days for them. After asking in a chat, she eventually asked another young lady for help and she found some lenses, but they were blue light lenses or something. I told her if I had to pay extra for them, I'm not interested and would just like my money back. She said she wouldn't charge me extra since I had already paid. She told me I could come back in an hour for one pair of glasses, but I would still have to wait for the other pair. I was going to come back in an hour, then she told me they would be done in 15 minutes if i wanted to wait. So, I ended up with at least one pair that day, so that made my annoyance subside a little bit. Other than that, everyone was nice, friendly and knowledgeable.

The first guy I spoke with was untruthful. He told me he needed my name, address, social security number, and bank account RTN and account number "in order to verify I have an account with Stanton." This information was incredibly invasive and it was actually to run my credit thru the leasing company. Had he been honest and upfront, I would have understood. I did buy glasses but dealt with a lady after that.

Overpriced, and honestly upsold all materials from the scam concept of "2 for $80". This should include details of depending on the frame, and that no matter what, with the price of the prescription itself that it will never be close to $80.

They couldn’t agree which frames were part of the special and then the frames were different again upon pick up.

I have already written a Google review. Worst experience ever and still not resolved. Spent 1k no glasses and no refund. STAY AWAY FROM STANTON YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I had a great experience with the staff. I did not have a great experience with other customers who may me insecure about my glasses choice and I did not have a great experience with the optometrist who over prescribed me and I had to get retested. But other than that, I will come back again because it’s hard to beat some of their deals. And also I do enjoy the staff.

I like my glasses that I got but I feel like I got roped into financing that I was told was great but then once it was too late I realized they have the worst financing option available so do with that info as you will. Make sure to have all the money in full before you go here.
