The glasses are a bit blurry and seem like lenses are a hard plastic. Get dirty quick and hard to clean.

The staff at Stanton are so helpful, they truly do things for you and your needs. Not pushy not trying to up-sale. just genuinely great people trying to help you with your eyes. I loved that the manager took extra steps into finding me my exact pair of glasses that I already broke. I was thrilled! Great job everyone definitely coming back with family!

I work in healthcare so I completely understand that things don't always go as planned, but I've just about had it with this office making mistakes. I booked an appt for a contact lense prescription but instead they just did a glasses exam. Thankfully I caught it while they were reviewing my prescription with me but I then had to redo the entire exam, despite nothing seeming to change. Then when I went to order my contacts from Costco, they rejected my order because I wear Acuvue 1-day Moist and they wrote the Rx for Acuvue Oasys 1-Day. I could see how this might be a common error, however, I have had my eye exams done at this location for the last 2-3 years and a simple review of my previous Rx would have prevented this error. I'm just asking for a little attention to detail here. I've spend over 3 hours getting this Rx and I'm still waiting for the optometrist to switch the Rx to the correct contact brand. We are all busy and do not have time to be correcting mistakes that are preventable.

Glasses were ready a few days before the date they gave me for pick up. Was pleasantly surprised.

The prescription was very good. The customer service not good at all. Girls are very not knowledgeable for something important.

It's been almost a month and I still don't have my glasses yet - very slow.

Tried for 8 months to get my safety glasses made correctly (wirh progressive lens ). After 8 month of try to get it right your rep finally called a higher person. That person did a more in depth check. And found out. That my prescription could none made/fitted into a safety frame. (required for me job). So I will never go back or recommend your service to anyone. Reason,I found another company that made my glasses with a safety frame And my current progressive lenses..

I walked in and was greeted, everyone that works there is helpful to me.
I bent my frames on my glasses and they weren't able to bend them back, they gave me a new paid of frames. I'm happy to have paid for the one year warranty on the frames.

Over all it was a good experience. I was also on there no longer than 20 minutes. Great service, a polite and friendly staff really helped me feel comfortable, and I believe that treatment goes a long way with people, it does with me.
No complaints, I'm happy to have picked Stanton Optical for my glasses, they really have great service.

Didn’t really care for my sunglasses, I loved the style but glasses were huge on me and after many attempts to adjust them to fit they are even a worst fit now. As far as my eye glasses they are a great fit and cute style but not one bit of difference in my vision compared to before I went to get my vision check. You know that the prescription just isn’t right when you have to remove your eye glasses to get a less blurry view. I’m never one complain but when I am having to spend as much money as I did to get 2 pairs of glasses I would hope that I didn’t feel like the almost $1000 I ended up spending on a not so great deal I was being told I was getting would at least have me seeing a little more clearer then I’m now left with glasses that didn’t help improve my vision one bit well leaving my wallet with a lot less now. Should have gone with my gut and and gone to Costco where I know I would have got glasses I could actually use for way less then what I was stupid enough to waste my money on. One positive thing I will say is that the ladies who work at my Santa Maria location are all very very nice and very patient, so great staff but very overpriced glasses that aren’t one bit helping my Vivian do but getting worst.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, hours are great, answered all questions and I didn’t feel rushed. I couldn’t decide on which glasses, and manager helped me pick some out that looked great.

The manager and all of her coworkers, friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, and ready to help with a smile they did a great job!

Quick appointment making process. The staff helped confirm my insurance benefits and were patient when trying to contact my benefits specialist. The exam was quick but I wasn't made to feel like they had better things to do. When finalizing the cost of my glasses and what my benefits covered, the staff showed me different options of payments and worked with me knowing that any extra cost in this day and age is a hard hit to your wallet. My glasses came in 5 days earlier than expected which was an added bonus. I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Stanton Optical. I wish I could say that about more businesses in my hometown.
