I came back for a second Pair of glasses. I wanted to use my old frame just pay for lens and prescription. I wasn’t able to save any money.No real deal on second pair of glasses.

Stanton Optical has great service and it’s open on Saturday which is very convenient. They have a great selection of different eyewear and the prices are very reasonable and affordable.

Customer service was great, both glasses were ready in a little less than an hour and overall I was happy with the provided services.

I visited the Tallahassee, Florida branch for contact lenses and had a very disappointing experience.

First, there was no doctor available to examine me. Instead, I was seen virtually by a technician. I had clearly requested contact lenses for near vision, but they initially gave me lenses for distance vision. After I tried them on, I told them I could not see properly. The technician said the lenses were for distance. I explained again that I did not ask for distance lenses and that I needed lenses for near vision.

They then told me that when the doctor came in the following week, I could come back and see the doctor. Eventually, they provided me with a prescription for near-vision contact lenses. However, after receiving the prescription and trying the lenses, I went back and explained that I was not comfortable wearing them. They were causing irritation and making me feel dizzy and disoriented. I told them I believed the prescription might not be correct.

The staff member behind the desk told me, “Unfortunately, we can’t do anything for you.” I asked what they meant by that and how they could say nothing could be done after I had paid for the visit and for the lenses. Their response was simply that there was nothing they could do.

Since then, I have tried calling and filing complaints, but no one has responded to me.

I just want others to know that this was one of the worst places I have ever gone for eye care. They take your money but do not provide proper service or support when there is a problem. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing

I made an appointment for NEXT DAY, was seen in a timely manner, ordered glasses, and got them in the promised time frame.

I've needed glasses for years now and I finally got the courage to go for it! I got 2 beautiful pairs that fit my cmface and my eyesight is so much better!

The staff were very polite, helpful. and professional.

The glasses you made improve nothing. I see better without them.

Stanton Optical in Tallahassee was another wake up call about falling for advertising. Nothing they said they did (2 for 1, same day, free eye exam) were available. Why I didn’t walk out when the three diagnostic devises were dusty and worse! Of course the lens needed for the inexpensive glasses were not in stock. They wrote up a ridiculous bill for a pair of $25 frames with just distance lens for $300 I let them know I was not going to accept that price as it fulfilled nothing that they advertised. The best that the now obviously angry employee offered was $159. The glasses caused me to see double! I returned them but still got stuck with paying for the free eye exam $59! What a negative experience!
