I love my new pair of glasses
I love my new pair of glasses. Meagan and Aaron were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to make sure my glasses worked for me. I originally ordered a pair that couldn't be adjusted to fit how I prefer. They both spent a lot of time over multiple return visits working to get them adjusted, because I really wanted that frame. After concluding they weren't going to work for me, Meagan and Aaron offered a replacement pair and helped me pick one that'd work well. I picked them up and didn't need a single adjustment - they are perfect. I am super picky and have never had a pair fit as well off the bat as the one they helped me with. I am very appreciative of their help and great customer service.

Doctor was nice, still waiting for glasses though
Doctor was great. Staff was nice, a little pushy, but that’s a sales job for you. Would’ve been 5 stars, but the front house staff forgot to ship my glasses. I had a feeling he was going to forget while I was there just based on how he didn’t update anything in the computer before I left. I waited two weeks past the date they were scheduled to arrive before contacting anyone. That was interesting- I had to call back a couple times to get ahold of anyone. I was calling during normal business hours. Left a message with no call back. I kept calling until someone finally answered. Guy on the phone was nice once he took me off of hold the second time. Hopefully my glasses will be here soon.
