They went above and beyond for my son!. Our dog chewed his glasses and he was very uncomfortable without them in. They gave temporary frames while waiting for the order to come in! My son was over the moon about it. We can't thank them enough. He left so excited and they made him feel special and gave his comfort back.

Im so disappointed with my glasses, not only did I get zero insight when choosing frames best fitting for me; which has caused the lens to be ill fitting— I see my actual eye dr next week for another pair and will be contacting my insurance about this. It seemed like the pair I received was rushed being the sticker removed some of the logo and the adhesive was hanging out. Just all sad, I needed my glasses to be perfect.

I made appointment said they did not take Cigna which was fine bc I had Vsp asked for help only in man said that he can’t help which I didn’t understand bc I have never had someone not able to help me so I called myself was easy while I was on hold he told me if I want my glasses from lens crafters to just go there! Very strange they I told him I just wanted basic exam I believe I got an upgrade one bc they started taking pics of my eyes I got a pair of glasses bc I felt obligated to like they did not just want my eyes checked! Then I told the woman this was just my extra pair so I didn’t need the anti glare she said the basic was not in stock only upgrade I said no worries I can wait a few weeks was just my extra pair she lied to me bc when I got home I got a text they were ready! Then my total was $80 I knew how much it was boots be but she told me was $130 ??? They corrected it! Poor eye wear selection all they want is sales and it was a hybrid appointment will never go back!

Had to wait an extra 2 weeks for glasses due to incorrect lenses! Update I received an false email my glasses are still not ready umm 2 words Lens Crafters!!!!!!

They were swamped. So we had to wait a while, even with an appointment. That's why it's four stars instead of 5. The staff was friendly, helpful, and gave us a discount because we had to wait. The glasses look good and the prices are fair. I would go back.

The two ladies that helped me get my contacts in for the first time were so patient and sweet . They were short staffed , and were so pleasant and professional

This was the craziest experience I’ve ever had walking into an eye doctor.
It was my first time there so when I walked in and seen no one besides a customer walking around I walked towards a big desk which I would think was where you would be welcomed and check in. After just standing there for a few minutes a man came out and asked what I was doing. (Which he looked like he had just come off a week long bender) I told him I had an appointment. He told me I could go to the other desk in an unlit area and someone would be right with me. After a few more minutes someone finally came out and acknowledged me. This woman was so hyped! We make it through the check in process, she tells me I can look around for glasses she just needed to finish up with someone else.
She was fidgety, talking fast, moving fast, and would not make eye contact.
As I looked around 2 more employees appeared out of no where but just kept their heads down. I mentioned out loud how this is the strangest experience I’ve ever had. Once I make it into the room for the eye exam I’m welcomed by a computer and a man on a screen. Now my mind is really blown. The most impersonal experience I’ve ever had.
When leaving the room I looked on the computer screen and seen all the customers first and last names and ages just sitting there for the world to see. I ended up paying for the exam and leaving with a copy of the prescription. It was the most awkward experience I have ever had going into an establishment. Now I feel uncomfortable knowing that they have any of my information.

The communication with the provider was not easy, I tried to tell her multiple times there was something on the lens that was preventing me from being able to see clearly, and she didn't understand and kept trying to continue on. I finally poked my head into the hole and had to call somebody in to look through the glass and see that there was something wrong. They then had to move me to a completely different room and restart the exam from the beginning. Even though I had an appointment, I ended up being there for almost 2 hours just for the vision exam.

Extremely helpful with picking out glasses closest to last pair and sunglasses

Service was outstanding. Walked in to check out some glasses and they had them ready in less than an hour. Staff was VERY helpful and the store manager went out of her way. Thanks!

Crystal was amazing and so very helpful! The selection was vast and appreciate that. My only suggestion would be to not have doubles and triples of the same style frame because it gets confusing when you start trying them on ! You pick up a pair to try and then find another to try and then realize they are the same! And the pricing was great compared to so many other places. I have my new glasses now and I love them!

Pat was great, he really knows his stuff and made the entire process quick and easy. I also got nice frames and extras I needed.

The staff who attended to me were extremely personable and professional. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable during my experience. Finally, I was very pleased with the price in that it was affordable.

First time ever needing glasses. They are great. Keep up the awesome job! For me being 40, they did an awesome job. Kept me WELL informed in the tests and answered any questions I had.

The store looks great! Lots of good selections and the staff was very friendly! Thank you Beebee the store manager for intervening and getting me a great price. I will be back!
