From Start to Finish
Stanton Optical was so great from start to finish. We were visiting & had gone to purchase my son a few pair of glasses. His vision exam was up to date. So glasses were ordered & shipped to my home out of state, with-in a week my sons glasses arrived in the mail.

They were able to get my glasses to me…
They were able to get my glasses to me before I left, originally I was going to have to wait a few days but I wouldve had to get them the next month. I ended up getting a call as I was in the parking lot that she had them and got them in about 30-40 mins. I recommend Stanton definitely.

First time customer, and I think I'm going to stick around. At Stanton Optical all of the employees were professional and helpful. Not to mention the GREAT DEAL I received!! Thank you for my FREE eye exam and two new pair of glasses! 🤓 If I decide to sign up for a year of contracts this is where I'm going. 10 out of 10, highly recommend..

What went wrong? OMG you have to read!!!
Well this is the 3rd time I have had to go in to pick up my glasses and they are STILL not right. Apparently, they remade the same wrong glasses the third time and now I have to wait another 2 weeks for my glasses. I ordered them on December 31. It is the 22 of February right now and they are due in on the 9th of March. I have to say: The people are lovely. However, run away, fast! (By the way, their prompt on how to write a review starts with "What went wrong this time?" implying that, for many, this is not the first time for trouble.)

I would like to post a new review of Stanton in Tyler on broadway. I had had problems with being told the shipping dates were different and then the glasses not being clear for my wife to see through. We went back and spoke to the manager Amy and she is a fine woman and did a great job in rectifying our issues to make us very happy. I'm not afraid to say things got better and give them the praise that they need they took care of every problem and Amy didn't exceptional job as being her part of it. Thank you very much and we can continue to do business in the future

I was on vacation in Tyler Texas when I lost a screw in my glasses. I walked into the Stanton Optical on 69 South. Autumn helped me and fixed my glasses in 2 minutes. Thank you so much for being there for me. Now I can enjoying seeing the beautiful state of Texas.

Every person that i dealt with at Stanton Optical from the fellow that set up my eye exam over the phone to each individual person was super helpful and courteous. I was seen by 4 different ladies in there areas of expertise and each were knowledgeable and helpful in my decision of picking the right eye glasses for me and my needs.
