After losing my glasses at the beach on Saturday, I called right away and got an appointment for Monday afternoon. Within just two hours, I had a brand new pair in hand! It was my first time using Stanton Optical, and it ended up being one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

The entire experience was really wonderful! The girls that I met that work at my particular store, Jessica, & Destiny, were absolutely amazing,& there was another lady there as well. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. I also took the deal they were offering for the exam which was free for my contacts & then, I bought the Bausch & Lomb lenses. They are fantastic & the best that I’ve ever had since 1985 when I started wearing contacts! I am an avid lover of Accuview, moisture astigmatism correction lenses… but now I am totally thrilled with these new ones! They are comfortable, thicker, & the color of the lens because they’re thicker has changed my eye color in the most lovely subtle way. My eyes are happy & my vision is great! On a scale of one to 10 I give them an absolute 10 for great business, great employees, great atmosphere & the newest machines to do the exams. Blessings to the company, especially for this particular store in here Vero Beach, Florida. Thank you!

The manager of the place was great. However I was disappointed when I found that the BOGO deal was only for glasses with no updates like becoming darker in the light. Then it suddenly became the same price as other opticians. The same with the "One day delivery". Those two were "loss leaders". Get them hooked with non-benefits. I felt cheated.

In and out quickly. Glasses came in sooner than anticipated

The associates of the vero beach staton optical establishment were the reason my experience was absolutely wonderful. What made my experience so great was the professionalism and commitment to me as a customer and helping me resolve my vision issues.

From the minute you walk into the door, you feel very welcome, the young ladies were all very professional, very helpful, and very patient. To pick out a pair of glasses. They did a great job

Jessica is a great salesperson! She worked with my husband to adjust his glasses that were bothering him! We will always come to Stanton Optical! It’s the best! She is a very caring person!

They finalized my contact lens prescription without performing a proper fitting, which is a violation of federal law under the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act.

I was charged an $85 contact lens fitting fee, yet I was never given trial lenses or the opportunity to test the fit before my prescription was finalized. That is the entire purpose of a fitting.

Without my approval after any trial period, they went ahead and used my insurance benefits to order approximately $150 worth of contacts.

When I received the lenses, I wore them for two days and experienced severe irritation and blurry vision. They were clearly not fitted correctly and were not safe for me to continue wearing.

I returned the contacts, but they refused to reinstate my insurance benefits and would not refund the $85 fitting fee they charged for a service they did not properly perform.

This is not just poor service, it is a serious lapse in medical standards. Contact lenses are medical devices, and prescribing them without a proper fitting can put patients at real risk.

AVOID this place if you value your vision and expect providers to follow basic legal and medical requirements.
