The ladies that work in the office are so nice and helpful and my glasses are perfect the price is amazing 😍😍😍😍 thank you stanton you guys are the best

The employees were very courteous when I arrived. I didn’t have to wait. They took me right in for my exam. I just wish I could have got my glasses the same day. Since I wear progressive glasses they couldn’t be ready the same day. Overall I would recommend Stanton Optical in Victoria, TX.

I took my wife into the Stanton in port Lavaca to today 6/22/26 we made the appointment Thursday the 18 of June we were told the Cost for no line progressives was 136.00 includes exam and two pair of glasses. When we arrived for her appointment the young lady of the 3 asked if she could help us we told her we had an appointment but first wanted to verify that the deal we were told was 136.00 for two pair included the exam she said yes that was correct. So we went ahead with the service after the exam the young lady took my wife upfront and showed her two racks of glasses that she said were with her service plan after looking at them for 15 to 20 minutes and talking with each other I front of 3 ladies setting less that 5 feet from us I finally asked where the young lady was that started with us the one right in front of us less than 5 feet said she was giving an exam so I asked if she could explain the cost difference in the collar it showed dark blue as the one we were allowed for the price quoted but there was a light blue also so she said that all blues were the Same and I said ok so all of the were in her plan for 136 she immediately said oh that price when up today it’s now 175. This is after the exam was done and we were looking for frames I said that’s not what we were told 4 days ago and not what we were told by they young lady that helped us when we verified everything when we came in the new lady said oh she only gives the exam she does not know all the particulars of the pricing so why did she help us when the other 3 ladies were sitting there and herd the initial conversation and did nothing but look at there phones and ignore us till we asked for help after the other girl disappeared and they were only interest in there phones with customers standing in the store this in my opinion is very very poor service and customer relations we went ahead and finished for the 175 because the exam was done but if we were done like this before I would have gone down the street.

I WAS TRYING TO GIVE YOUR COMPANY A CHANCE AT MY NEW BUSINESS. THEY NEVER CALLED ME WHEN MY FIRST PAIR OF GLASSES WERE READY FOR PICKUP. AND MY TINTED GLASSES TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS AND STILL NEVER CAME IN I CANCELLED MY ORDER. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO YOU COMPANY. I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY TINTED PAIR FOR FREE DUE TO THE DELAY AND INCONVENIENCES

The ladies working helped me pick out glasses and were very patient with me. I will definitely be returning.

The exam was nice, place is very clean and the technician seemed knowledgeable. Then waited 2 weeks and got email my glasses were in. When I got there, there was only 1 pair!!! Receptionist said don't worry it will come.( have no idea why they would email and whole order not ready). I got home went on website to track 2nd pair and it showed glasses as delivered. I then call store and lady said she would check on them and call me within 30 min. We'll it's been 24hrs now and no call. Not happy about this at all!!
Will not recommend

The progressive lens is out of line, if I look straight and level it is blurry in the reader lens. I have to tilt my head chin on chest to see non blurry distance. Also I was shipped green lens not brown,,,,,,,I plan to return them

I'm still waiting on my spare pair eye glasses. They were ordered on May 21st. And here it is June 8th and they haven't arrived yet. So when do I get them?

Staff was friendly enough. Don't feel they did anything outside the ordinary to keep my business. It states leave the same day with glasses. Not true. Took 10 days. I could have gone to the competition right up the road, paid the same and left with my glasses. It's funny how the DEAL was truly NOT the deal you get. No cheaper than the competition.

Glasses were ready earlier than the anticipated date. Customer service was very good and helpful. Definitely cost friendly and a good frame and lenses.

I am very pleased with my experience at Stanton Optical. At first I was surprised that the person giving me my eye exam was not in the room with me, but very quickly, I was comfortable with the new high tech way of handling it. I learned later that there are optometrists that are physically there to administer eye exams, it just depends on the schedule. Either way it was fine, and the optician that assisted me was great. She helped me locate frames that were very similar to the ones I was picking out, but had a more friendly price range. She also made sure I was getting the best deal all around, with a buy one get one on my frames and even a discount on a third pair of frames.

Kimberly was very friendly welcome us in made me feel comfortable with the eye exam she even took her time to help find the right kind of glasses to fit my face well even tho we went thru half the shelf but we found the right one

Fast and convenient

My glasses have the correct vision, which is a huge relief! The two young ladies that worked with me were gracious and patient and helpful!!

I little unorganized, short handed, was not told I wouldn’t actually see a physical doctor . No one actually helped fit the glasses to my face and asked me if I see ok through them and I hadn’t even put them on yet.

The staff was very friendly. The person doing my exam explained every step of the test to me as we went along, no sudden surprises.
