Parce qu'on ne peut pas mettre zéro pointé... Absolument honteux, un mail douteux (rempli de fautes d'orthographe) demandant une justification d'identité, aucune nouvelle du sav/en magasin même après de nombreux appels. Je viens d'être remboursé sans l'avoir demandé (et pas en intégralité). Tout simplement à fuir

I ordered a pair of sneakers. Was never shipped out. Tried to contact customer service but no reply. I've been waiting for a very long time as well. I escalated to ups manager and they also cannot get a hold of starcow either. I even contacted better business bureau of France. This was a very expensive purchase as well. If you look on google reviews on this company by filtering to the latest reviews you will see many many customers having the same issue. NO REPLY from customer service, shipment not being sent, etc. Please do your research and look at the reviews for this company, worst company I've dealt with

Ma commande a bien etait livrer emballer .mais je ne comprend pas pourquoi starcow m'a fait repayer la livraison une 2 ème fois.
Je voulais absolument la paire donc j'ai payer.malheureusement je trouve cela décevant .l'erreur venant de leur part car il n'ont pas pu me livrer une première foi et je n'ai aucune explication à ce sujet du sav.
J'attends toujour mon remboursement aussi pour les deux première commande que vous avez annulez.cela fait 2 semaine et aucune nouvelle à propos de mon argent du sav.je changerai la note de 2 que quand vous m'aurez rembourser.jai etait rembourser hier soit plus de 2semaine après ma commande.
Dans l'ensemble jetait bien accompagner une fois sur deux par les vendeur directement à la boutique.car sa ne sert à rien de contacter le sav.

Customer service sucks!

I purchased an item, they shipped it right away. when received it was a completely different brand, size, style and price difference.

I wrote to them more than 75 times in a week and half span, and reached out on social media. They responded a total of 4 times.

If you are not able to visit the store in person, try not to use their online store. They are not reliable, unresponsive and just suck. Im sorry i worked in retail at a high end shop as such for a while; this happen to be the worse retail experience i have ever had.

It is 2 weeks after the issue; by this point i have reported them to my bank for a refund, still have the incorrect product with no responses to emails or DM. I will leave a review everywhere i can so people are not suckered into using their site since they receive limited items. The headaches are not worth it.

Réseaux sociaux on ou envoie vers le SAV qui ne réponds pas !!
Manque de sérieux !

Le site fait un peu shady : mise en forme qui ressemble à différentes arnaques + service de paiement et page de checkout très générique.
Mais je n'ai eu aucun problème : bonne promo, colis envoyé et arrivé très rapidement.

On peut pas renvoyer de colis

Terrible customer service. Ordered shoes and never received them. They didn’t refund me neither start an investigation with their courier.

Rapide et efficace. J'ai eu un peu peur en regardant les avis, mais pour moi ça s'est très bien passé. Commande d'une paire le dimanche à un prix très intéressant, reçue le jeudi.

Bought some expensive boots 2 months before Christmas, as a Christmas present. Cant return Them or get store credit, nothing.
