Great and friendly service
Ordered a limo for my daughter's 18th birthday for trip to a restaurant. The car turned up early, very friendly and helpful driver. The group were later than planned leaving the restuarant, but the driver had no problems with this. A great service all round and my daughter and her friends absolutely loved it.

Best service with best drivers! They are so helpful and patient! Very good prices. It was the best choice. Limos very nice extremely clean and nice inside and outside! Will take it again for sure !

Excellent service
Dec 2021 booked London Christmas lights tour for 8, including 5 children. Had an amazing time and brilliant service. Very accommodating of the little ones and nothing was too much trouble. My first experience in a limo and with Starlite, wont be my last.

Trip to the races....
I have just used Starlite for a trip to the races for a client event and they were absolutely brilliant.
The party bus was really clean, the driver turned up bang on time and nothing was too much trouble.
Really reliable and professional from start to end and such a fun way to travel!

Our Daughter's 21st
We hired the 24 seater party bus for our special needs daughter's 21st.From the booking to the party bus turning up 5 big stars. The bus was on time clean and the driver Patrick was great a credit to starlite limo's.
The sound system was great as to the bottles of bubbly and coke and lemonade. We all had a fab time 5 BIG STARS thank you. Lee-Paula Mac

Fabulous service yet again!!
This is the third time we have used Starlite limos and again it was an outstanding experience. It is always easy to book and discuss options with Paul. We booked the party bus for my daughter's 18th, a round trip to London. The driver was friendly, helpful and very accommodating, throughout the evening, everyone said how lovely he was. My daughter said: that the party bus was the best part of the evening, with the music, singing, dancing and drinking! There were complimentary drinks too and the bus was very clean and well organised inside.

21st Birthday Celebration
Recently used this company for my sons 21st birthday celebration we booked the Rolls Royce ghost and can I just say what an outstanding service we received from beginning to end. Paul, the company owner was so helpful and accommodating and his communication throughout was brilliant and honest. On the day our driver (Kay) came nice and early and waited for us, he was extremely welcoming and friendly and made us feel like valued customers. We felt at ease the whole time and it added to our outstanding evening. Paul even gave us complimentary drinks for the journey, I can highly recommend this company for whatever your needs are. The vehicle was extremely well cleaned and maintained. Thank you once again I will be using your service again.

A perfect night out thanks to Starlite!!
Booked the 16 seat party bus from Starlite Limos for our twin daughters 21st birthday party & had an amazing night.
The bus was in prestige condition, sound system was awesome and the driver (Kay) was a perfect gent and looked after us all night.
Booking was an ease, a special thank you to Jeanette for making the whole process seamless and making sure we everything went to plan.

Ordered a limo. It just did not turn up.
Called the office and they said it was broken down.
Asked why no one called us they said they tried. But they did not.
Ruined our wedding day. The bridesmaids has to catch a taxi.
No apology. No regret. Just shrugged it off.

Joe please get in touch with us with your booking contract that you would of received on making a booking with us as this is concerning to us as we would never just not turn up, and even had that been the case we most definitely wouldn’t off just shrugged it off or not offered an apology or solution, we have very good contacts within this business and should any problems arise we are usually in nearly all cases able to get another vehicle out to you either that being another vehicle within our fleet or another company covering it for us as we all pretty much work together to make sure all clients are satisfied.
Especially when it comes to weddings as we know just how important such a day is and even more so after all the COVID restrictions and the heartache many couples have faced with cancellations to weddings and the many changes they have had to make to get to their special day.

Alarm bells should have rang when an old man with yellow teeth was the contact point. He was like something out of Oliver Twist.
The dated limo was nothing like the pictures. It felt like it was falling apart. Driver was scruffy and arrived 30 mins late, then was trying to rush us as he had another job to go to.
Not much you can do after having paid for it up front, (most other companies you pay when the vehicle arrives), but these cowboys wanted full payment up front.
Sadly during summer, desperation may lead people to this sham outfit, but be warned, you may be caught with your pants down. No solutions given, no apology and not even a sorry. Its hard to describe these guys without using expletives.

Firstly you are another car hire company that we have never worked with or have ever had any contact with, Secondly we have nobody that drives for us that would fit this description in anyway at all and all of our cars are very well looked after and certainly are not looking tired or worn and most definitely not falling apart. We also would never shrug a customer off with no apology or any solutions given. We always go above and beyond for our clients whether they be a company, broker or single individual. We pride ourselves on our customer service and do everything we possibly can to ensure we give the best service from the minute we are contacted right up to the minute the customer leaves our vehicles. This is more worrying that there could be a sham firm out there posing as our company which would then make it more of a criminal matter so we would urge you to get in contact with us over this matter and would be of great help if you could forward us your booking contract that every one of our clients receives when making a booking so this could be looked into further and necessary steps taken to ensure this is not going to happen again for any other potential customers.
