I have had a multitude of injuries, am disabled with a neurological condition and have tried every therapy/ physio going. What Greg offers is unlike anything else I have tried. He settles the burning nerve pain I suffer through my back and limbs and can relieve the rigidity in my muscles that causes me to move like a robot. The care is always friendly, always includes a good laugh and I always leave smiling and walking without aids I came with. Particularly recommend for those with FND.

Made a call evening 1st Jan 23, was seen the next day public holiday. As usual it feels rough for a bit but Greg does an awesome job of getting you sorted!

I visited Greg last night, he managed to fit my appointment in really quickly which was greatly appreciated. I had had a trapped nerve in my shoulder for around 3 days and I was in agony and not sleeping. I was really nervous to go to the appointment, as I knew it would hurt, but Greg was so kind and friendly he immediately put me at ease.
I was only there for around 30 minutes but in that time he relieved so much of my pain, gave me some good stretches to do to keep myself moving and had a good laugh!
I had a full nights sleep last night after having only a few the past few nights and have managed to do normal things today and even knocked the pain killers!

Returned not because my first treatment didn't work but, because I'm getting old !🤣On a serious note I had further treatment just to take away that final niggling ache and it was well worth the money. These people only treat you for what you need and I can assure any prospective customer, go and don't doubt until you've tried it you won't be dissatisfied

A big thank you yesterday to Greg and Vic at State 11. If you are in the Spalding area we can highly recommend them for deep muscle massage. I have had a swollen ankle for 10 years and no G.P, Consultant, Deep Muscle massage specialist or Physio has been able to help reduce the swelling!

Greg at State 11 was first class in his treatment on my back and shoulders. Quite a painful experience, but as they say 'no pain, no gain ', but I managed to get a good nights sleep, the first in a long time. My shoulders were a bit painful the same evening, but today I great. Thank you for the care and talking me through everything. I will certainly be using State 11 again. Highly recommended.

After sustaining a shoulder injury, I was recommended to go see Greg at State 11 and I am so glad I did. Within our session, he was able to work his magic and release my shoulder to give it the most mobility it had seen all week. I’ve been seeing Greg now for about 2/3 years perhaps, and I can say there isn’t any issue he’s not resolved for me.

I like running and have had multiple injuries throughout my campaign to crack my ultimate goal.

Just recently I achieved that goal and 48hrs before I had an appointment with Greg I knew I’d want that piece of mind in seeing him to help me on my way, I told him my problem areas/concerns and he went to work as he always does.

Reassuring me and getting to the spots that other forms of bodywork just do not reach.

When leaving I always feel lighter on my feet and posture corrected to a taller feel which always startles me..
Spalding and surrounding areas are very lucky to have Rapid Neurofascial reset, works wonders as do the other techniques he’s used on me, from cupping to tapping,etc.

Visited Greg on a number of occasions and have referred friends, colleagues and family to him. He has fixed every single one of us!

This was my first visit with my multiple injury problems. First had a consultation with Greg who went through all my injury issues, followed by the treatment, yes it was a little uncomfortable but not painful. Greg checked all the time that I was in less pain and by the end I could walk with no pain and could clench a fist without the pain. I visited Greg after having major leg surgery and suffering with pain from trapped nerves. I entered his treatment room using crutches and went home walking without crutches. Vic and Greg at State 11 are very professional, knowledgeable and very caring. Nothing is too much trouble, both my wife and I have been to State 11 for numerous muscle, nerve pain and anxieties. And with Greg working his magic to get rid of the muscle and nerve pain and Vic using techniques to help with the anxieties. And all through the treatments explaining what they are doing and why totally puts you at ease. These guys at State 11 are certainly a place Spalding has needed and we are at Spalding are lucky to have. Shame there are only 5 stars as if I could I would certainly give more.

I've had back pain for as long as I can remember and was slowly starting to think I'd have to consider walking sticks or wheel chair for my future mobility, one visit to State 11 and I can now envisage a pain free future, might need a couple more appointments to sort other stuff but can't thank Greg enough. First time having experienced any form of physio therapy. Decided to give state 11 a try. Quite literally doubled over with back pain and would have considered black magic, religion and a whole manner of other things to rid me of this agony.
After being assisted in to the studio looking like a well aged octogenarian, I was assisted onto the massage table by the other half.
Greg from S11 was very knowledgeable and was able to gather rather quickly that I was having some trouble.
After 45 minutes of being pulled, prodded, twisted and manipulated, I was able to stand up on my own accord, put both hands flat down on the floor and haven’t had an issue since.
For anyone who hasn’t tried physio for back pain, take the plunge!
I had nothing to lose at the point of entering Greg’s studio door and I assure any readers of this, it will be the best decision you have ever made.
