This product doesn't strengthen or lengthen. What a complete waste of money!

One star is generous! I wish I had checked reviews outside their website. I put a set on and by the next morning, I had already lost 2. Needless to say most came right off. The1 or 2 that didn’t ripped and tore making jagged edges. I used the glue brush. I know how to apply this kind of nail. This product is cheap, terribly made, and absolutely not improved from press on nails from years back. That’s a shame.

I ordered multiple mystery items and received FIVE of the EXACT SAME product. The purpose of ordering a mystery item is to try new products... While I understand “random” and final sale, this outcome goes far beyond what a reasonable customer would expect—and Static Nail Polish showed zero willingness to acknowledge that or make it right. Their responses were dismissive, hiding behind policy rather than valuing customer satisfaction or loyalty. It was clear they don’t know how to communicate with customers or care to fix a poor experience. Not worth giving your money to a company that won’t wrong a right when something clearly goes wrong. Plenty of better, clean nail brands out there that actually value their customers.

Does not honor their refund policy. Was told I could return 9 items for a merchandise credit and 2 weeks later received credit for only 3 items with no explanation of what happened to the remaining 6. When I asked about this, another 2 weeks later they said the 6 items were deemed “damaged “ by their “warehouse team” and could not issue a refund. So the stole 6 items from me? Do not order from these people. They’ll steal your money with no explanation.

Absolute disaster. I purchased a product and they never shipped it. After over 10 business days, I got a reply from "customer service" which said give us 1-2 business days to "figure out what happened". I am seriously wondering if this is a real or legitimate company or if there's a scam in place.

The polish I purchased was clumpy and looked horrible. I contacted the company, but they were no help. No refund. No ability to return the item. I think the response was AI-generated. I won't be a return customer.

I really love the nails and the beautiful designs — they look amazing on. However, the glue is seriously damaging my natural nails. It's much worse than anything I’ve experienced with gel or dip manicures. Since I started wearing them, my nails have been splitting, becoming bumpy, and overall just really unhealthy. They’re in such bad shape now that I have to keep something over them just to cover the damage.

I’m going to try using a different brand of glue to see if that helps, but I also plan to let Static know directly. It’s frustrating because they claim the product is non-toxic, but that doesn’t seem to be true. On top of that, the rose hip remover doesn’t even work.

Really disappointed, especially considering how much I loved the look at first.

Save your money! I've ordered from them twice and both experiences were subpar. In my first order the quality control lacked very clearly. One of the 3 sets was fine but the other two both had issues, one was missing the extra nails that should have been included and the other had a completely dried out glue even before I opened it. But my second order was the real issue, I ordered and never received my package, never even received a shipment confirmation. They reached out to me saying they are reshipping it, I followed up several times over the course of 2 weeks and was completely ghosted, I even requested a refund but was ignored. I had to go through my credit card company to finally get them to refund me. SO SKETCHY! What they did is called theft, you never sent me what I purchased and you refused to refund me.

pop on nails don’t last!!!! It is advertised to last up to 30 days however they don’t even last a full day. They come off very easily!!

Won’t refund me when my order hasn’t come in almost two weeks, not buying from here again

I wanted to love this polish. It goes on nicely and lasts over a week. The polish has destroyed my nails and I’m so disappointed. All of my nails have split and broken. All of them. I’ve never had an issues with my nails.I usually have to cut them to keep them shorter. After using the polish a couple of times, different colors, my nails started breaking and I noticed they had split. I was looking for a polish that would be better for my nails, but this is not it.

It’s a tremendous shame that I’m forced to write a bad review about this company. I actually love their product and was really impressed with the fact that it is owned by a young lady. I wanted to support her business and I even made it to VIP elite status.. I made a purchase two weeks ago that was time sensitive. Eight days after I placed the order I realized that I had not received a tracking number or any shipping information.. I alerted them because this happened before. When it happened the last time I asked for my money back, which they didn’t give me. Instead they sent me the product and I received it after the date that I needed it and then they gave me a $20 gift card.. like I said, I love so the product so I dealt with it. But I was upset enough not to shop with them for about six months.. so 2 weeks ago I placed an order again to give them a second chance. When I alerted them to the fact that it had been eight days since I placed the time sensitive order and had not heard any information about when it was coming, tracking or anything ..they said that it had been lost by the shipping company and that they would resolve it as quickly as possible… that was about 10 days ago since then nothing has happened. They offered me another 20% discount card, but as of yet the product has not arrived and they have not given me my refund like I requested twice so as much as I like their product I have to say they’re not a reliable company to do business with.. a tremendous shame. What is the point of being a VIP elite or even receiving a $20 gift card if they cannot guarantee that the product will even arrive. Or that if there’s a problem, I will get my money back. A lot of back-and-forth in emails with no actions and as of the last few days they’ve stopped responding. I do believe that if they had sent the package out, there would be a tracking number that they could send me to prove that. And even if they did send the package out and it got lost, that should not be my problem. They should simply replace the order as quickly as possible. I’m not sure what’s going on over there but for such a good product it’s a shame that they’re going to ruin their business due to a complete lack of customer service and shenanigans.

I placed an order a month ago, and was told the carrier lost my shipment. However, I never even received a shipment notification. They originally told me if my order wasn't "found" in two weeks time, they would reship it. That time has come and gone. Their new response is there is nothing they can do to expedite shipping. There's no way to contact a manager as everything is through email. What a scam. I have to report it to my credit card company now and try to get my money back.

I placed an order nearly two weeks ago, and I was informed that the carrier lost it. When I reached out to customer service to request a cancellation and refund, I was disappointed to receive no response. This lack of follow-up is concerning, especially as I spent close to $100 on this order.

The delay and unresponsiveness I’ve experienced so far do not reflect well on your service, and it has left me hesitant to continue business with your company. I hope to receive immediate assistance in resolving this issue and securing my refund

The nail laquer is actually one of the best out there, if they actually deliver it to you. I purchased this about one month ago- nothing. Emails about delays because of covid (really ?!?) and ‘it’s on the way’ but there is never an update on the tracking and ups actually says it’s not a valid tracking number- so I’m kinda thinking they are borderline fraudulent. I have received product in the past but not now. So I will dispute the charge and let static nails worry about it. Too bad but honestly, their customer service and delivery are so bad I will NEVER buy from them again.

Cheap product cheap glue. The company will not give you a refund. Instead, they want to tell you how to apply the nails.
Company has extremely poor customer service. I also fought Good Morning America Deals and Steals, for selling products without having full knowledge of the product quality. The product is pure garbage.Keep your money and buy another product.

I returned $43 worth of products, supplied the shipping information and paid the shipping fees, yet no credit has been received in 6 weeks! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL!! They are thieves! Much less their lashes and glue do not stick whatsoever!

I absolutely love this long-lasting, hard-as-nails lacquer! Since retiring I've been doing my own nails and been frustrated by other, more popular, nail polishes that take forever to set/dry. I ordered their nudes palette and think this system is fantastic. Their topcoat is amazing, too. Everyone should know about this!

These nails are absolute crap. The glue sucks and the nail’s themselves are so thin you can see the glue through them. I’m so mad that I wasted money on these nails. I tried the nail glue, the adhesive backs and two different styles. It’s all crap. Just infuriating.

These nails are very expensive… around $20 a set. I made the mistake of purchasing several at one time and tried to give them a chance since it would be costly to return them. Glueing on the nails was difficult, very messy and very time consuming. It took me about 45 minutes. I had glue everywhere including on top of the nails which marred the finish. The looked just ok on. Nothing special. Within a couple of days the enamel around the tips started wearing off. Then they started popping off. Not the 10-30 days they state in their description. They do cause nail damage by taking off the top layer of the nail with the glue. Then within a week I would pick up something and hit the nail and it would break and crack. Definitely not the same nails they rave about on their website. Also, I noticed that on their FB page that many reviews are missing and only positive reviews remain. When I contacted customer service their meager response was “send at least 2 pictures “. These nails are inferior and not worth the inflated price. I can’t be the only customer with these issues, yet there are zero negative reviews on their sites. They do not accept returns. I have a medical condition that ruined my natural nails, so I have been wearing false nails for years. Press on nails are great. Static Nails are awful and so is their customer service.
