We are sorry to hear that your withdrawal has not yet been approved. We would like to investigate this for you immediately, as a 4-day wait is not our usual standard.
It is always best to contact our support team via Live Chat or Email first for specific requests, as Trustpilot is not a direct support channel. However, if you have not yet received an answer to your inquiry (which is very unusual for our team), please provide your username or registered email address. This will allow us to take a closer look at your account.
