So macht online spielen Spaß 👍

We are sorry to hear you are frustrated with your experience. At Staxino, we pride ourselves on transparency and efficiency.
Regarding your withdrawal: Instant transfers usually involve a verification process. If you have any outstanding documentation (KYC) required by our team, this can lead to a slight delay. Please check your email for any requests from our verification department.
We can assure you that our 5-star reviews come from real players who value our service and our transparency. It is not always possible to make every customer happy, especially when we notice a consistent pattern of similar negative reviews in a user's Trustpilot history.
Our door is always open to resolve genuine issues. If you provide your username details, we would be more than happy to help you finalize your withdrawal so you can experience the same 'top-notch' service our regular players enjoy.

We appreciate the feedback. We aim for crypto withdrawals to be near-instant, but sometimes external factors like high network congestion or gas fees on the blockchain can cause unexpected delays.
When the network is busy, it can take longer for transactions to be confirmed by miners, even after we have processed them on our side.
Could you please provide your Username here? We would like to check the transaction history for you. This will allow us to see if the delay is due to the blockchain network or if there is something we can expedite from our end to get your funds to you faster.
