You hit on exactly what we strive for at Staxino: a huge selection of games, lightning-fast withdrawals within 24 hours, and (our personal favorite) wager-free bonuses! We agree, they are rare to find, and we love being able to offer that value to our players.
Thanks for being part of the community, and we wish you many more fast cash-outs!

Hi,
We’re genuinely sorry to read about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. This is certainly not the level of service or performance we aim to provide.
Our games are supplied by licensed and trusted game providers, and outcomes are not controlled or influenced by us. That said, technical issues such as lag or performance problems can occur depending on device, connection, or temporary platform load—and when they do, they should be addressed quickly.
Regarding customer support, we take your feedback seriously. Live chat availability and response times are areas we continuously work to improve, and we regret if you felt unsupported or unheard.
We would appreciate the opportunity to look into your case properly. If you’re willing, please contact us again via email with your account details so our team can review what happened and provide a clear response.
Staxino is an interesting wager-free operator
Staxino is an interesting - albeit plainly presented - casino site. Offering all bonuses wager-free and regularly offering their players free spins on popular new releases, and have even given me tens of dollars worth of $1 super spins free of charge on occasion that have led to withdrawals!
They offer a good range of games from most major providers and generous reload bonuses that make the casino experience with them quite entertaining!
I would say the poor reviews from disgruntled players is the result of a ‘sugar rush’ standard throughout the majority of the iGaming industry where players have become accustomed to big bonuses, huge wins… but enormous wagers… It seems to follow logic and conventional wisdom that a site offering wager-free bonuses will, by necessity, offer a much more volatile experience. It is not a scam - I have won on several occasions and, after completing KYC, received my withdrawal within 24hrs every time.
But it’s also not free money… play for the entertainment value or don’t play at all!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We really appreciate you sharing both the positives and your broader perspective on how wager-free bonuses work.
We’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed our promotions and game selections, and even more so that they’ve resulted in successful withdrawals processed within 24 hours after KYC. That’s exactly the experience we aim to deliver.
Thanks again for your honest feedback and for playing at Staxino. We wish you many more enjoyable sessions ahead.
They did not give the welcome bonus and…
They did not give the welcome bonus and automatically revoked it. Customer service is awful. Waiting 30 mins for a response. The site glitches and they take no responsibility for the errors. Scam..stay away. You will waste your money as the slots pay out is very poor. Can't comment on withdrawal as I never got further than deposit and the bonus being taken away for no reason.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and appreciate you sharing your concerns.
Welcome bonuses are applied automatically when all eligibility conditions are met. In some cases, a bonus can be revoked if the bonus terms aren’t fulfilled or if the deposit is made without selecting the bonus during checkout. This is always logged on our side and never done without reason.
Temporary delays in live chat can occur during busy periods, but we do respond to every support request. Our games are provided by licensed, and trusted providers, and game outcomes are not influenced by us.
We understand your frustration and would be happy to review your case in detail if you choose to reach out via email or our live chat with your account information.
Médiocres

We’re sorry to hear that this was your impression of our service. We do respond to all customer inquiries, though response times can vary during high-traffic periods.
Bonuses do not disappear without cause. Any change to a bonus status is tied to specific conditions or how the bonus was activated. These actions are always logged and traceable.
We take feedback like this seriously and would be glad to review your account to clarify what happened, should you choose to contact us directly.
Thank you for sharing your concerns.
