I deposited via LTC on July 25, but my deposit was never credited to my account. I sent the transaction hash and a screenshot as proof, and after a long delay, they asked for my full wallet transaction history from July 25 to July 28.

Deposit €20, got €20 no wagering bonus, had to cancel my bonus so I could withdraw €80.

In the end they cancelled my withdraw, took my €60 winnings and gave me back my initial 20, guess what? Nothing played so €20 has vanished.

Sehr enttäuschend und nervig

Ich habe bereits am 26.11.2024 eine Auszahlung beantragt, die immer noch nicht erfolgt ist! Trotz mehrfacher Zusendung aller erforderlichen Dokumente (insgesamt 5 Mal) und der Aussage des Supports, dass die Auszahlung innerhalb von 48 Stunden durchgeführt werden sollte, bekomme ich immer wieder nur vertröstende Antworten.
Es wurden insgesamt drei Überprüfungen meiner Unterlagen vorgenommen, aber das Problem bleibt bestehen. Der Kundenservice ist völlig unzureichend und scheint keinerlei Interesse an einer schnellen Lösung zu haben.

Ich kann dieses Casino nicht empfehlen, da die Auszahlung einfach nicht erfolgt und die Kommunikation mit dem Support absolut frustrierend ist.

It’s not normal that if you make a deposit you need to wait more than 2days to get you’re deposit on you’re acount that’s definitely not nice. And it’s the second time that this happens I will not recommend to play here until they fiks this problems
