We had very specific requirements for our stay in Dublin. I looked for days and it was impossible to find any accommodation my own. Thankfully I found Situ and they sent me multiple locations/options!

It was easy to communicate and book the accommodation with Pamela & Abbie.

SITU was very quick in responding to my initial queries, and my assigned manager, Pamela, was very helpful with all of my questions and requests!

We needed an apartment at short notice and put a request into SITU. Within an hour Pam was in touch to confirm all the details of our request. A quote was provided and we had a booking confirmed and a place to stay within 4 hours and moved in 24 hours later. Pam was great to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had during the booked process and even after we had checked into the apartment. A great experience would recommend SITU.

Joe was really helpful, he was able to help us find a property at very short notice. He was very patient with us when were having problems with the payment on the company card and went out of his way to help us getting the booking confirmed.

If u have tried booking a service apartment for a short stay of a few days for a family holiday, u may soon realise that it is not so easy. Firstly, most sites do not state the daily rate, secondly u can’t get direct booking confirmation.I am so glad to have stumbled upon StaySitu website. Best of all, I was served by Pamela Lambden. I turned to Siti to help to secure a particular service apartment in Dublin after I had no luck with many other and the owner’s websites. over a period of two days, we exchanged 24 emails until Pam finally secured the booking from that property. In between, it was a rollercoaster ride for me, first not available, then available and then back to not available. I gave up. But not Pam, she perservered by trying to look for other accommodations and finally she must have twisted the arms of the reservation officer of my preferred accommodation and she secured the booking. I am most impressed by her aptitude to make sure that the customers needs are met. I was also touched by her friendliness and sincerity. To me, Siti and the senior management must have done something right to have such a customer oriented staff in the team. Thank you Pam and Situ and will highly recommend u to my friends.

My family and I had stayed at a Serviced Apartment in Wembley booked via SITU and our stay from the beginning to the end has been absolutely hassle-free. Vicky at SITU was very professional and helpful all the way through. Having to be first timers in booking Serviced Apartments, she assisted us in all our enquiries and reassured any concerns we may have had. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we extended our stay twice and we did not have any problems doing so. Next time we book again, first in line is SITU. We highly recommend!

I had to cancel my booking due to the Corona Virus outbreak. Situ was super understanding and accommodating, inspite of my booking being unrefundable, they still processed a full refund to me because of the extenuating circumstances involved. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them myself in the future
