They sold me a product that doesn't work
They sold me a broken product! I purchased the STEAMUK-17937 in sand color and it doesn't work at all!! Its a waste of £80! Over the last 3 weeks i have emailed the support team 4x and no answer!!!! Terrible service! They only care about their influencers! Never again i'm purchasing from this "brand"

I think mine may be faulty
I think mine may be faulty, It's been charged, but when I use it, it loses it's charge very quickly? Therefore I put it back on charge, only managed the front of a short jumper.

Had a small issue with charging the…
Had a small issue with charging the unit but after talking to customer services, this seems to be resolved. Love using this, just so satisfying and makes jumpers look new again!

Great customer service
After receiving my first steamer it stopped working after just a few months but they quickly sorted me out with a replacement. Since then I've had no issues. Its a great, well designed product that works beautifully.

Stopped working shortly after purchase
Steamer stopped turning on after about a year (was well looked after and barely used). I contacted Steamery who told me there was a fault with the product, but they couldn’t help me in any way without proof of purchase. Bought it with a gift card which is not deemed acceptable proof. An unfortunate waste of money.

First & last time buyer
First time buyer - placed an order on 28th August & received confirmation. On Sep 1st, an email confirming out for delivery. 8th Sep, no delivery & no update.
I emailed the company who informed me 1 of the products is out of stock. When were they going to inform me of this if I didn't get back in touch ?
Won't be using again - I don't mind an out of stock issue but at least update your customer asap & keep them informed.
Currently awaiting a refund.
