Ste Hamilton Reviews

Attending Ste Hamilton’s Blueprint Event gave me the clarity and structure I needed to properly build my business. Straightforward, practical, and powerful. Highly recommend for anyone serious about growth!

On 02/07/25 I attended a ”Blueprint” day at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. Handful members of property circle got full attention of Ste. which is hard to get during other events! Not that he won’t, it’s because he can’t have enough time for everyone. He mapped out our individual strategies on a week by week basis. Concise and clear plan was produced to complete by every individuals in certain weeks. I’m so much pleased to have him as my mentor. Every time I meet him I learn and I feel like I’m growing!!! Thank you Ste. and the team who made this day successful. Looking forward to catch up with you all soon.

Good to around and view the current sites and completed projects.

Ste always drops gems and is very transparent with the industry and what it takes to succeed

Great experience through out my property journey.
The education
The site visits
The meet ups, is all you need to help you on your property journey

A well organized event every time with full of informative and new knowledge about in and out of property industry and the best part is to ask anything related to property and get the best possible answered.

I honestly can’t recommend SteHamilton.com enough. From the moment I signed up, I knew I’d made the right choice. The content is gold — practical, no fluff, and clearly built from real experience in the property world. Ste doesn’t just talk the talk, he walks it.

What stands out most is the support — it’s next-level. You genuinely feel part of something bigger. The community is strong, encouraging, and full of action takers. Whether you’re brand new to property or scaling up, there’s always value to take away.

I've already applied strategies I’ve learned, and the difference in my mindset and results is massive. This isn’t just a course, it’s a movement.

If you’re serious about property and want to be around the right people, SteHamilton.com is where you need to be.

Unreal service, great knowledge

I am a regular that travels from Kent because I receive great education that you can’t get no where else. The atmosphere is professional but fun and part of a family

Realistic education from somebody who ‘walks the walk’. Lots of knowledge shared and a good community environment. If you want to learn about property or even ‘up your game’ then get involved. Good luck.

Today we learned about HMO’s and Ste broke down everything from legals to conversions and costs. A lot of information and a lot of gems being dropped so I’d highly recommend coming to this course 5 ⭐️

Ste is the best property trainer I know in the UK.

Best Mentor out there, would recommend 🙌🏻 Come to one of Ste masterclass you won't regret it. Vouched by ME ✅️

Great mentor, great person. Easily the best course I have attended in property and definitely recommend for anyone looking to get into property or if you have a portfolio already.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable session.

I’ve learned a lot on the last few master classes, I’m already looking forward to the next session.

Ste Hamilton is a professional scammer. Do not trust him under any circumstances. He lures people in with fake promises and polished sales talk, but once he has your money, you will be left with nothing but excuses, lies, and stress. Many victims, including myself, have lost significant amounts of money dealing with him.
He operates with zero accountability and deliberately misleads people to enrich himself. If you value your hard-earned money and your peace of mind, avoid Ste Hamilton like the plague. This is not just bad business it’s calculated deception.
Don’t make the mistake of thinking you’ll be the exception you won’t. Protect yourself and stay far, far away.
