Upgraded to Stena Plus and was asked…

Upgraded to Stena Plus and was asked three times during the journey for proof of payment. Very embarrassing the third time as I had to get annoyed with your staff to leave me alone. Travelled from Carinryan to Belfast on the 15.30 sailing on Friday 10th April

The organisation of getting on and off…

The organisation of getting on and off the ferry is very smooth and very unstressfull, not like other ferry companies we used.

Good staff and comfortable boat, but an hour late on leaving, with no obvious poor weather to blame gives only 4 out of 5 stars

Brilliant journey

The speed of journey, quick embarkment on & off ferry, with easy access to lift. Good hot food on board with a variety of choices.

Easter Adventures. There was a replacement ferry operating…

There was a replacement ferry operating on the Rosslare-Fishguard route. As we were travelling with Children we missed the larger kids play area on the usual ferry and the larger duty free shop. There was also no WiFi. But the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly especially on the return journey when the ferry was full.
We always enjoy the trip over to England and the holiday starts the minute we get on board the ferry. While things were different especially the play area it didn’t diminish the excitement of our trip too much.

Too many sailings getting cancelled due…

Too many sailings getting cancelled due to inferior ship being allocated to the route. Ben my cheree not fit for purpose.

I rebooked with Irish Ferries.

Booked the Stena lounge. Really clean. Lovely staff but disappointed no sandwiches like in airport lounges.

Delayed by 2 hours on way out ferry…

Delayed by 2 hours on way out ferry cancelled due to storm on way back had to pay hotel for extra day. Obviously return cancellation not stenalines fault. Came back Easter Sunday and all kids were given Easter eggs by staff even though we didn’t have kids we thought it was a nice touch

Rooms are always dirty

Rooms are always dirty. Last travel there was one tea bag and open and used milk sachets.
