I tried pro to download the videos. But the presentations were frankly boring and underwhelming. With a lot of editing it came out okay, but I can do this all with any other free presentation service. Then, after I cancelled through their customer service, was reassured by 2 different customer service interactions that I would not be charged. Then I received an email stating I would be charged. Annoying. Another customer service interaction tells me I will not be charged. Surprise! I got charged. They have yet to apologize or take responsibility. Plus, they asked for proof I had been charged as if they don't have that information on their end. The whole thing seems sketchy. I will be reporting it to my bank now.

Using steve.ai was an good option for me.. it created my animated video in just a few seconds but then problem which arises was that it was asking me to pay money to download the video.... I hope the respected director of steve would help me very soon.....
