I wanted to try their AI catoon maker but it said you had to upgrade to pro to do so. I signed up monthly as the reviews looked good. Tried it and it was extremley poor, it produced a very low quality presentation nowhere near what was advertised and something I could have done on Canva in half the time. Used it once to try it and then asked for a refund as it was not as advertised at all. They are adamant that they will not be refunding me. Please don't bother with them, they vastly
exagerate their product which is very poor.

Beware of @Steveai A Scam Site with False Promises and No Refunds

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Steve.ai, a website that promises to offer automated video creation, including a cartoon generator. I was initially attracted to their professional-looking website and the promise of easy-to-create cartoon videos. However, my experience turned out to be a nightmare.

First of all, the cartoon generator feature that they advertise so prominently does not exist. I could only discover this after subscribing to their plan, which costs around $80. Feeling deceived, I immediately requested a refund. To my shock, they informed me that their company does not offer refunds, a practice that is completely illegal.

After a lot of back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to process my refund but claimed it would take 10-14 working days. Well, those days have long passed, and I still haven't seen my money. Whenever I contact them, they keep assuring me not to worry and that they will refund me "at some point."

This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and has led me to conclude that Steve.ai is nothing more than a scam. The company is based in India, and it seems to operate with the sole purpose of tricking unsuspecting customers out of their money. I should have done more research before buying, but I hope my story serves as a warning to others.

Don't make the same mistake I did unless you have too much money and patience to waste. Stay away from Steve.ai and avoid becoming a victim of their deceitful practices.

The platform's AI features are minimal and fall short of expectations. Navigating the site is a hassle, and the overall user experience is not intuitive. To make matters worse, the customer service is virtually non-existent; I reached out multiple times and received no response. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

The entire thing is not ready to be rolled out at scale. The AI voices they give you are robotic and fake. My biggest complaint is that I signed up for the 20 dollar a month subscription and when I checked my account I also had a charge for 180. They decided to upgrade me to “premium” without my knowledge or consent even though everything on my dashboard still says I have the basic package.
I contacted customer service and they basically said “too bad. No refunds”. So now I have to fight the charges with my bank. Absolutely terrible customer service and the culture and mindset of a cash-grab company that will trip over a dollar to save a dime. I work as a senior advisor for a large oil and gas company and we were looking for a program to stream line our training. This would have turned into a bigger account for them with a lot more money invested.
Never using this terrible company again. I advise you to stay away as well.

Site is usless, regardless what you tell it to do. Just spits out a generic video. It's a Spam site collecting email addresses. Sends a dozen emails a day and have disabled the unsubscribe button. URL unreachable.
