The Romford branch is awful - avoid! They took a £500 deposit without saying that it is non-refundable (other dealerships do not do this). The date is was due to kick up the car it was not ready and I had not been contacted by the dealership to inform me of this. Having had this experience I asked for my deposit back, which led to some very 'assertive' members of staff all telling me I cannot have a refund and need to continue with the purchase. The centre principal has not even responded to my last email which was at least two weeks ago.

I went to Steven Eagell Toyota in Shirley, looking at options and with the thoughtful guidance of James Gibbs we decided on a good second hand RAV (2 years old)excellent condition as opposed to a new model. My wife and i felt that James listened and searched for the best options very impressed, if the vehicle is as reliable then all is good, many thanks

Use our local dealership in St. Ives, Cambridge for the last 80k miles. Lovely folks that have gone out of their way to ensure our car stays in tip-top condition. They actually care about their work, and their customers, and helped us out with servicing throughout lockdown to ensure our family carer duties could continue without a hitch. Always friendly, honest and straight up, and offer competetive pricing on most non-servicing works as well. All round, just makes owning a Toyota easy. (Also their folks in the central booking centre in Milton Keynes are also a great bunch of people who managed to help with servicing slots at times/dates that work for us and fitting in around challenging schedules).

Having purchased a second hand car from them this year, i found the customer service is very poor at there Luton branch, I was made to wait around for attention while they ate their pizza upstairs. My car was not prepared as i would expect from a main dealer and as such i would never use this company again in future to purchase a vehicle (new or second hand). Beware!
