What a find this company is: super customer service with personal replies and appropriate follow up, reassuring progress messages, no question too big or too small, confidence building reviews when searching for someone to entrust the precious memories to and an efficient and very reasonably priced service. So happy with the cassettes from over 30 years ago now on digital formats and just great to hear the family voices again. Would not look anywhere else if I needed similar again and actually want to find something else for them to do because it was such a great experience. Thank you Stinstoun!

Very quick and efficient service. Steven had all 8 vhs and 7 cine tapes and one dvd all onto one USB in three days. The quality is first class. Thanks Steven for bringing back the memories.

Steven was brilliant from start to finish..He converted a couple of USA videos into CDs for me and also updated my old laptop which hadn't worked in a few years..It has a new lease of life and my dad's going to be thrilled with the CD of the American football game he was at way back in 94.. Steven converted a 60 year old reel-to-reel tape to digital for me. He was very helpful, the sound quality is great and a very good price. Highly recommended for conversions of old media to digital.

My sister who lives in New Zealand asked if I could get our old family cine films put on Digital media so she could see them and I came across Sinstoun. Steven was very prompt with his replies and was able to to reproduce our 60+ year old films. My sister was delighted with the result and so am I. The service Steven provided is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Steven converted two cassettes - live opera and concert performances from 1991 - over to digital for me, providing both WAV and MP3 files as requested. He was fantastic from the start, working on the tapes quickly and professionally to provide what I needed. I realised my own audio software couldn't split up the files so I had to get back to him to do an extra editing job for me, which, again, he did expertly and super-fast. I'm overjoyed to have found Steven and the service he provides, and will be inundating him in the months to come with cassettes and a some old vinyl recordings too to convert to digital for us. Can't recommend highly enough.

Having had a very poor experience with a previous company and being left financially out-of-pocket, I was a little apprehensive in trusting another company. I needn't have worried though because Steven's professionalism helped allay any fears I may have had. He was both helpful and accommodating from start to finish, and the quickness and level of service in digitally transferring my old cine reels surpassed all of my expectations. An incredibly efficient 5-star service on all levels.

I wanted some very ancient cassette tapes transferred to digital and CD, and was anxious that they should not go astray since I am based in London. Steven could not have been more helpful, keeping in touch every step of the way and - particularly for the CDs - kindly and painstakingly interpreting my rather untechnical requests.

After a family bereavement we found some old camcorder tapes. I contacted the company and we had excellent customer service and a fast return. We got a few USBs to share with the family and digital links aswell. Was really great to see our family memories from over the years. Would highly recommend this company. Also was really great value for money.

I was recommended Stinstoun Digital by a friend when I was looking for someone to convert my VHS to USB - they were very efficient and I had a link to my video emailed to me within a day and the VHS tape returned to me a few days later. Great service and I would definitely use them again.

Five star service. I had 3 audio cassettes put onto a USB. The service was excellent from start to finish. There was a delay in receiving my parcel back - not Steven’s fault - but he kept me updated personally every step of the way. I would high recommend this service to anyone. Perfect. Thank you.

Excellent service received from Steven. As a previous customer of the business Steven has recently acquired from Cheshire I was initially a little concerned at entrusting my camcorder tapes to a courier service all the way up to Scotland. I needn't have worried as the delivery to him was seamless & he turned around the tapes within a very short space of time & sent me the digital downloads prior to the return of my original tapes. The cost was very reasonable aswell.
There was a little hiccup with regards to the delayed return delivery back to me of the parcel but this wasn't Steven's fault & he communicated with me throughout as to the tracking of the parcel.
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again & would like to thank him for his professional service.
