When a ceiling speaker stopped connecting on bluetooth I could speak to a human - Nathan, great guy - and he invited me to send it back for repair. Same day turnaround and all sorted. Am very impressed.

Hi I bought a couple of pairs of the Bluetooth speakers from lithe audio a few years ago I fitted one set and the sound is unreal and I saved a set for my other bathroom out of warranty but the staff sent me a label to send back fixed it and didn’t bill me the staff are so kind and professional as they didn’t have to fix and the technical staff and the lady who answered the phone to put me through were unbelievably best ever customer group I’ve have spoken with and are a credit to lithe audio

I bought a pair of the io1 speakers for our pergola here on the Texas gulf coast. Installation was straightforward, all connectivity issues were either operator error or tech naivete (Thanks for your help Nathan!).
And they sound great.

Bluetooth ceiling speaker installed for a few years and has been brilliant. Better yet it developed an issue last week. Contacted support (spoke to a real person!) and they offered to repair free of charge. Can’t say fairer than that. All back and working brilliantly again, great company.

I have a Lithe Audio ceiling speaker with a slave speaker and subwoofer, and I was having an issue with the speaker staying available to stream to.

Lithe Audio support was really helpful and tried several firmware updates to resolve the connection issue. During the process, the subwoofer unfortunately stopped working after the wrong firmware was applied (by me of course), but Lithe handled it brilliantly. They arranged the return for both units and sent replacements out to me.

Everything is now working perfectly and sounds fantastic. I’d highly recommend Lithe Audio — great products and excellent customer service if you ever need support.

I had a garden speaker which worked brilliantly for a couple of years then suddenly stopped. The customer service team suggested a new power pack and arranged for one to be sent immediately for a small fee so all now working again. Great follow up service.

Needed a new PSU for my Rock Garden speakers. Communication was excellent and delivery has exceeded my expectations.

I had a comms issue with my speaker after 3 or so years (perhaps more).
I received quick feedback and support from their tech support team, and very quick turnaround for the fix.
Excellent service, I highly recommend the product and now I know there is great backup.

Had a problem with my speaker which I tried to resolve myself. I failed, managed to contact Nathan at Lithe Audio and he couldn’t be more helpful, problem was solved very quickly, quality service for a quality product.

It’s been 3 years since I installed my first sets of Lithe ceiling speakers and mini sub woofers and I had forgotten about the levels of after-sales service and technical support. It was, and still is, outstanding.
I recently purchased the relatively new WISA subwoofer to complement a couple of sets of Pro ceiling speakers.
Firstly the quality of the unit itself is excellent and the bass sound reproduction exceptional.
Better than that however is the technical support I received after purchase.
Nathan again answered all queries promptly and exhibited a huge level of care and expertise which eventually had my system up and running perfectly.

Due to an electricity power surge the Audi T 2000 in my caravan broke.The caravan is over 12 years old so a ready replacement was not available .
But Nathan at Lithe Audio very kindly found a version of the music centre and supplied it for free. A brilliant service.

Outstanding customer service from Nathan. He assessed the problem with my ceiling speaker, it was despatched to him for repair, which was completed on the day of receipt, & I got it back the next day.

All back in place now working fine.

I bought a Bluetooth ceiling speaker a few years ago, absolutely loved the product, so was really gutted when the power input component broke!
I contact Lithe Audio to ask if they could replace the part, I was quite willing to repair it myself….I was asked to return the speaker, expecting it to be repaired, but was amazed to receive a replacement speaker…..I am so very happy now, the communication and the service from these guys is second to none!….I would 100% recommend Lithe Audio and will definitely be buying from them again.

Hands down the best customer technical support I've ever had following a purchase. Had some difficulty getting the speakers working following the electrician's install. Nathan from the technical team guided me through the process of getting things working correctly. Quick, thorough and patient responses on email, and available on the phone. Outstanding care.

I had an issue with a speaker, contacted support (Nathan) and he arranged a repair, pickup and re delivery of the speaker, no issues, no worries, no problems. Can’t thank Nathan enough. Speaker is back in the ceiling with the tunes on… one happy customer.

Nathan replied promptly to my issue and offered advice as to how to fix the problem.
Unfortunately I hadn’t explained the problem clearly, so I clarified and again Nathan came back with some answers.

I bought a bathroom ceiling speaker way back in 2019. It had been well used in the 7 years but unfortunately developed an intermittent fault with the sound quality. Knowing it was very much beyond any guarantee I contacted Lithe to see about a possible repair, I got an extremely quick response from Nathan suggesting a couple of things to check and that if that didn’t solve it then it could be sent back for a repair, clearly at a reasonable cost. They also though offered a brand new latest model replacement at a reduced price which I wasn’t expecting, this is the option I ended up taking. Overall excellent customer service and well beyond what I had expected when I initially contacted them.

When I needed technical support it was dealt with straight away with a positive result. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience when dealing with Nathan. Thank you

Lithe Audio's support is excellent! This wasn’t the typical B2C interaction, it was professional and genuinely helpful. I was having persistent sound issues between my active and passive ceiling speakers. Nathan worked with me step by step through the troubleshooting process. After firmware updates and various tests, it became clear the issue couldn’t be fixed and they arranged a replacement unit without any hassle. Really impressed by the level of commitment! Highly recommended.
