Great service received after a drink…
Great service received after a drink driver hit my parked car. Hire car was received within 48 hours and they picked the hire car up the day after mine was returned all fixed and ready to go! Good communication and assistance all the way through.

Thank you stocalfe for putting my mind at ease after i was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault. They were super helpful and efficient, and were in constant communcation with me. I received a hire car very quickly and also paid out for my vehicle super fast too. Would definitely recommend to anyone who finds themself in a similar situation to myself.

Bad Management
I personally wouldn't want to give any stars.
Reading all these reviews it seems Stocalfe have good communication with their clients that have had an accident, flip it over to the communication to the bodyshop that has repaired a vehicle and would like paying it seems they are extremely reluctant. I have been chasing a nearly £4000 invoice since April 2023, when you email a finance manager and an operations manager that doesn't give a definite response for the payment what hope do you have. We as a company along with others that I know of will no longer take any work from this company.

I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a road traffic collision recently, which was very unsettling. I used Stocalfe to deal with my claim, and my claim handler was Megan. I had an accident a few months ago and was recommended Stocalfe. I dealt with a woman called Megan who was very helpful, she couldn’t have done more for me My claim was sorted super fast and I had no issues at all. I would highly recommend Stocalfe and the lady I spoke to. She was great!

Outstanding service from Stocalfe Response from start to finish, I was in a non fault accident, they collected my car from the roadside and had it delivered straight to one of their approved garages all within a few hours, I had a hire car delivered the same day to my work. I was kept updated throughout the process, everyone that I spoke to was helpful and friendly, I would recommend them to anybody. Fantastic experience all round
