Well were do i start wgatca nightmare off a company these are they have bad customer service there ignarant and one collegue neally had my wife crying with is attitude and forcefull speaking to her she already suffering badly with depression from her accident and he didnt help at all with is behaviour towards her and shouting they never ever answer emails or answer calls there just do shocking then when the claim was payed up lost 3 thousand pounds on some given so said car worth more than that there responce was well that what it is ok

Although I gave all details and sent photos via WhatsApp to Axa insurance, you wanted it all again and to be done via email, I had great difficulty in sending information, couldn’t send photos via email and 2 things had to be done by post, I’m all the years I’ve been driving this was the hardest and most stressful time I’ve had sorting out information, not everyone is competent and comfortable doing everything online
