I had an amazing experience with Krystal. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Working with any app can sometimes present challenges, especially when trying to find specific information. However, Krystal walked me through the Stockpile app and patiently guided me through all aspects of my Stock Babies account. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.

Stockpile is a great platform for investing: easy to use, efficient, and the communications are clear. Stockpile is perfect for beginners or seasoned investors. I have used Stockpile for more than four years and it compares favorably to other platforms.

Stockpile has been a great tool to teach my daughters how to manage their savings and spending, and to teach them how to invest in stocks. It empowers them to make conscious and responsible choices that prompt discussions about how they value their money. The debit card feature is also convenient - I can fund their accounts at any time through the app, and I see their purchases in real time.

Been a Stockpile customer since 2018. They’ve made many updates to give me a better customer experience over the years. Great app!

No longer wanted to use the service and cancelled after investing with company for over 5 years. Starting off wasn't a breeze as I kept getting the runaround and multiple reps emailing back and forth -- but then I met Krystal. She was consistent, helpful and followed up. Using a company with no option to phone customer service to speak to a live agent, Krystal made everything stress-free. She really was wonderful! Thank you!

I signed up for Stockpile as a tool to help me invest and help me monitor my teen son's investing as well. I was looking for a platform to help him begin to learn investing and financial management with some safe guards and restraints. Stockpile offers the flexibility of investing any amount where you don't have to purchase whole shares. They allow for investments in a wide variety of vehicles. They are the best platform with the lowest fees I have found.

Highly recommend for not just teaching a child but for your own investing.

I used Stockpile to gift stocks to a relative. I recently discovered that Stockpile has been selling to stock to collect management fees. It appears they automatically 'opted-in" the account to this deduction and because my relative was not savvy enough to bring this to my attention earlier, the account has been drained. I do not view this as an ethical business practice. I now view this company in a very negative light!

do not invest with this platform. We had them as a third party provider to Busykid. Busykid ended their relationship and because of that, all the money my daughters invested was subject to fees that resulted in not making it worth transferring. then the money they did have invested in the app was subject to monthly fees. bottom line my daughter's learned a very hard lesson watching their money be stolen in the form of fees. totally legal, yes. but ethical? not at all. There's no ethics in $.
