It was a complex situation with neighbours. I was not familiar with party wall's, my rights and neighbours rights. I got advice and this started me on my journey to finding a Chartered Surveyor. Bradley was very professional and supportive to my particular set of circumstances with neighbours. We managed to navigate a delicate set of circumstances . I would highly recommend Bradley and would use him again and recommend him to others. Bradley responded promptly to emails and answered all my questions in detail. It was a very positive experience.

We asked Bradley to carry out an extensive survey for a home we are looking to purchase. The report spotted many things that we did not think about before. Overall, it allowed us to make an informed decision in terms of going ahead with our house purchase and any works that the property needed. Bradley was also responsive after the survey was done for our questions. Great service and very professional.
