Bradley is a brilliant surveyor. He is extremely thorough and prepares the report promptly - both of which are crucial when surveying a home.

Stokemont recently carried out a survey on a property and Bradley was hugely helpful from instruction to phones calls after the survey was complete on the day giving us reassurance to proceed but also saving us thousands ahead of completion. The attention to detail and phones calls were hugely helpful to a very stress purchase.

Not only was Bradley professional from start to finish he was able to fit us in with only 3 days notice. The whole process was extremely easy from start to finish and he produced the report the next working day. Stokemont are reasonably priced for a full level 3 survey and the report was very well detailed. We would certainly have no qualms in using Stokemont again in the future.

He was excellent the last time, hence I automatically use him again. He has kept me up to date throughout the whole process. He is efficient and gets the job done in good time. The surveyor i appointed carried out the party wall survey and completed the party wall agreement efficiently and in good time. He was also very clear throughout in setting out what the process involved. All in all, a good service.
