Somethings are meant to be -I am not from this area - but ran into a situation - that I was not expecting - luckily for me I found Stone Bridge - and Sophia What a fantastic - organized - professional companyI was on the phone with Sophia for less then 2 mins - she had it all figured out, set up - and ready to go - even when I called her to change dates or times - she made it seamless and worry free for me - taking a load off of me - no one does that - these days

I shipped both my car and my partner’s car from Florida to Texas and had a great experience. Rick Wilson was extremely helpful and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Everything arrived on time. Highly recommend this company for reliable auto transport.

I had a wonderful experience with Jake at Stone Bridge Auto Transport. He worked all week to get me a driver at a fair price and was the only person who was honest with me out of all of the brokers I talked to. He found a driver exactly when I needed it, and there were no issues with the shipment. I will be recommending him to anyone else that needs to transport their car.

2 cars no issue at all with price and delivery or service timing etc all was good.

At first I was nervous to ship my vehicle from NY towards FL but the someone referred me to Stone bridge and I really feel comfort with them they kept me updated on my shipment and make my shipment easy

The shipping experience was generally good overall. Pickup and delivery were completed on time, and communication was decent throughout the process. There were a few areas where the process could have been smoother, but nothing caused any major issues. Overall, I’m reasonably satisfied with the service.

Let me tell you, I wish I had done more digging on this. If you are thinking of shipping your car, please IGNORE this company. I'm sure they aren't the only ones with this scam, but they have zero control over what they quote you. They do not ship anything themselves, they're just a bunch of people who take your bid to actual trucking companies, which can charge you anything they want. They gave me a quote of $895, took my deposit, and then the day of the pickup, they called me and said the driver was demanding $2400. Once weeks go by and your car is stuck (unless you wanna pay the exorbitant price), You will not get back the deposit under any circumstances.

Liers! They gave me a quote $825, then called since had to postpone the date, then on a later date called again and hours before pick-up said price is much higher $1.5 per mile (for 3000mile), asking for excessive price.

Same as the others here. They quoted me $495, signed the contract, paid the deposit and then the fun began. Didn't contact the seller until the morning of, we agreed they would contact him 3 days prior. Seller had to move to the next day. At time of pick-up, Stonebridge now says there is now a $1,400 amount due to fuel increase and driver availability. WHAT??? They are scammers!!!

They don’t even deserve any star. They are straight up scammers. Never use them. I am writing to warn everyone about my extreme disappointment with this company. They provide very unprofessional and deceptive service. They will offer you anything to make your sign the contract. Before signing the contract, I specifically asked the team multiple times whether there would be any hidden fees. I was repeatedly assured that the price stated in my contract was final and that there would be no additional charges. Based on those assurances, I signed the agreement and paid the required $120 deposit.I was then informed that my vehicle would be picked up on July 4. However, the driver never contacted me, never arrived, and no one from your company reached out with any updates.When I called your office to find out what was happening, I was unexpectedly told that I would now have to pay an additional $600 at the time of delivery. This directly contradicts the terms of our agreement and the promises your representatives made before I signed the contract. Although I initially refused, I reluctantly agreed because I urgently needed my vehicle shipped that day. Even after agreeing to the additional payment, the driver still never contacted me, and the company stopped answering my calls altogether. This level of dishonesty, poor communication, and scamming people is unacceptable.

If I could give them negative starts I would. They scam me out of my deposit. They said shipping was going to be $725 when it came the day of shipping now it’s $1900. So I told them no and now they are keeping my $300 deposit. Never do any business with them. They will double of Triple and won’t give you your deposit back.
