Gilda was amazing. I’m a talker and she took that in stride, was professional, easily answered my questions of which there were many. Great experience!!!

First of all, Hutch was a very personable and knowledgeable person to talk with. Super nice and friendly. He explained everything in terms we could understand and we feel good about the de idiom we made. He is very good at his job!

I don’t know the company well, this is my first time contacting anyone from this company. I felt quite uncertain at first, but after speaking with them, I felt much more at ease. They seem very organize, transparent , knowledgeable and with experience. They contacted me right away with diffrent options. I am looking forward for a positive results!!

I did my homework of researching which company I should trust for my serious situation and found Stonegate to be the top one. I then received an immediate response and Brock gave me an appointment. He sent a message informing that our meeting would be in an hour. That was great! For I has just gotten out of my second doctors’ appt. and knew traffic wouldn’t allow me to be on time. He wss so kind to give me an an extra 30 mins.! I am 80 1/2 yrs. old and recently widowed. So, my husband was the CEO and now I am learning these financial things. Brock was so clear and organized in everything he informed me! Brock is kind, understanding and very professional. He made excellent use of our time and his demeanor gave me the trust that I need to have to achieve a very positive result in our objective! Talking with Hilda is a soft breeze that makes me awake and cheerful! I feel ease with her🩷

From the start I could tell that Mr. Hutchison was a Professional! Every time I spoke with him, I felt he understood what I needed and had my best interests at heart. It was truly my pleasure to do business with him!!

I contacted the Stongate law Firm 4-1/2 mos ago and have not received one call updating me on the process nor the scope of work being done on my behalf, given I realize this isn't an over night process but it would be encouraging to know if we are on 1st base 2nd base or 3rd base but it appears we are still in the dugout with solving the issue with my timeshare. The only infor received and it was from a 3rd party concerning payment trial period.

There are times I cant get a hold of Wendy or anyone and I call Mr. Hutchinson and he helps ease my mind on things moving forward. He has been very friendly and helpful when I need questions answered. My husband and I are truly happy your have taken our case seriously and cant wait to get out of our timeshare and fees..
