I have been a customer of seats and stools for over 25 years. I’ve had about 4 different colors during those years. I must say that for the first time my bucket seats are a bit uncomfortable because of the fact that they are not padded comfortably as usual. The cushioning is much less with my newest chairs. I feel for the price they should be just as comfortable as they were and have always been. I am very disappointed about that.

Ordered replacement flat bar stool swivel plates. First time they sent it I did not get them and they were returned to Seats and Stools. I had to pay a second shipping charge to get them ( ugh) then when I finally got them they are too stiff to use - don’t swivel unless you hit them with a hammer. Useless waste of money

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!!! A chair I had for 4 months broke, the gas lift stopped working, it took them over a month to reply to my email for starters which is disgusting in itself but apparently this is NOT a manufacturer fault despite the fact that a chunk of rubber that was obviously part of the gas lift has literally disintegrated. The chair was literally used once a week at a dresser to do my hair so it was most definitely manufacturer fault.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

If there was an option for no stars I would definitely put that. Received our order one month ago and every chair was damaged. Still to this day haven’t received any form of replacement. Supposed to be on its way but we have been waiting over 1 week. Customer service is a disgrace!

Ordered six dining chairs. Great price, chairs arrived quickly and the communication was good. Sadly one chair was slightly damaged but this was dealt with easily and swiftly and a replacement was received in a few days. The chairs look great and are very comfortable.

It is with a heavy heart I gave 1star but I have three of these stools and one is a different colour.
I will give Jade in Customer Service 5 stars but despite over 2 weeks negotiation it seemed it was beyond the company to send me 3 stools that matched. Common sense would say open 3 boxes - quick check - satisfied customer.But NO they wouldn’t do it.
The stools are great so I have kept them but lined up under my breakfast bar the colour discrepancy stands out like a sore thumb.
According to the company this is to be expected so be warned if you purchase these stools they may not match and don’t even think of complaining.

Great looking dining chairs and good price super quick delivery and all chairs fully assembled no flat pack here!! All in all superb product, price and service.

I bought 4 bar stools, one was the wrong colour and another faulty. I requested a refund and arranged recollection. This took 3 attempts, multiple phone calls and emails and taking a day off work to be at home for collection. The stools were tracked back to their warehouse but now more than 6 weeks later, I have still not been refunded. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails which have been unreturned.
I strongly suggest you do not buy from this company.

I ordered 4 bar stools in July but we have had an extension on the house so opened the boxes last week to build them once all building work had finished. All 4 chairs have a dent in exactly the same place. I took pictures and videos to email the company. They replied saying there was nothing they could do as it needed to be reported within 24 hours. It is obviously a manufacturing issue but they were not interested in resolving the problem.

Happy with the chairs and the best thing they came ready built.

Unfortunately the colour of the barstools was listed as “Pearl” and looked like an ivory/beige on the website, but when they arrived they were in fact grey and the tag and box clearly stated the colour as “Silver Grey”. The website should list the colour as “Silver Grey” so that the customer knows what they are getting. I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t the Pearl colour I expected but fortunately the Silver Grey blends in with my countertop and decor. I therefore kept the items but it took a few days for me to get used to the colour. I dread the thought of having had to return these....

Great stool, easy to order, delivered on time.
However one of 2 items had a missing part.
They have dealt with it well and are sending me the missing part which I am pleased about.
It did make me chuckle though when I was asked to email a photo of the missing item 🤣🤣
