Very helpful delivery driver. Delivered to room as requested. All parts and fittings supplied.
Good sturdy unit. Instructions were very detailed and informative as to what and where to build pieces.
Just would have liked a better specific individual drawing for the unit supplied.

All the units I have are well made and fit for purpose. They keep supplies safely stored in an attractive and practical fashion.

Impossible to reach by phone. Messages not replied to. Emails answered sometimes. Need to be more accessible when things are going wrong. Fed Ex took 2 days of us waiting in all day to actually deliver the unit. Then no boxes. When this was queried I did get an email reply with tracking info for them. Half the number ordered arrived. I queried this. No reply, but said missing boxes arrived two days later. Not the experience I had with this company before, but then I paid for assembly.

Yes the damaged parts were replaced. Its the waiting for parts to be replaced.

I have several units from you and have recommend them to friends. They are very well made and solid, with sturdy wheels so they can be moved easily.
Easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. I also like the diversity of the shelving which is so simple to change

Communication was good, it was delivered on time. I paid extra to have it built, best thing ever. It meant I could start filling the unit straight away 😁

Ordered through storage4crafts. The unit arrived when specified. Unfortunately several plastic boxes were damaged. I emailed them and explained what the problem was, I took photos of the damaged items and emailed them to Storage4crafts. The customer service was brilliant even after hours, the damaged items were replaced immediately and arrived (undamaged this time) within 7 days. I can't fault them and would definitely recommend them. The unit is lovely and very sturdy.

I love being organised and these units are so versitile. I have three now - would love a workstation to match as well, maybe one day:-) My order was ready and delivered as communicated. Easy to put together, my husband has dexterity issues but still managed to do it with ease (much easier than other flat packed units). I reckon I probably could have done it myself but I was already reorganising my sewing area, patiently waiting!

Everything was as expected with construction of unit whicat the age of 82 I managed by myself .

Pleased with the unit and the delivery. It's being used for storage of DIY tools and equipment. Thanks for the quick response when there was problem. Hope the driver got back safe with the severe weather we had in Cornwall that day. Derek Cook.
