Very good and efficient customer service. This is the second time I have used storage giant and the units are clean and the service from Michael letting me know how the system works.

Amazing Bicester Storage Giant, in an accessible location, with a great choice of unit sizes and excellent customer service. Communication was always clear, and our enquiries and requests were answered promptly, throughout the years we rented the unit.
Paul is such a humble and friendly person, and with his expertise and the help of his colleague John, they went the extra mile to help us clear our unit at the end of the contract. They saved us from a lot of hassle we would otherwise have faced, making everything smooth from beginning to end.

I have been using the storage facility at Telford for a few weeks now and the experience has been great. I was warmly greeted by Hannah and her co worker on my first visit and she was very helpful. Everything was explained well regarding various sizes and prices, I was shown around the storage facility which was very informative on how it operated. I was in need of storage quite urgently and the sign up was a quick and easy process.
The storage facility is very clean, secure and trolleys are provided and I have had a very positive experience using this storage facility storing my items over the past few weeks
