The staff are what makes this company so great. They literally will help you with anything, need it for a certain date, they have got you; need a certain size, they have got you; not sure what you want, they have got you; want to change your mind, guess what, they have got you.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Having no idea of what storage I needed, speaking to Gemma helped me decide. The service I've received from both her and Jason has been first class. The building is well lit and the units are clean and tidy. Very happy with the whole experience.

Alex made moving out very simple, he was a lovely guy very friendly and explained everything perfectly. I was a student moving out of shared storage he was friendly to my friends helping me move and made the whole thing very easy for a socially anxious person :)

Storage Giant Kidderminster team were fantastic. Emily and Jack were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and I got a great deal. Fantastic facilities and plenty of space outside too. Highly recommended.

Great experience from start to finish, easy to setup the storage units and close down when no longer needed, site is air conditioned also so that was a big help in the warm weather!

Great customer service. Very clean lock up. Efficient, easy to use and most important secure. Hadn't used a Lock Up before and would definitely use again if need be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Phill was very helpful sorting my code out for the door as I been 3 times and the code would not work and he was very friendly and represented the company very well.

From the initial enquiry to arranging the items into storage, it has been very straightforward and easy to do. Michael helped us through every step and made sure we were comfortable with the choices we made. He was very friendly, helpful and professional which gave us confidence that we had chosen the best option. The unit is clean and well maintained. Having the trolleys and lift there has made it so easy to get our items into the unit.
I would definitely recommend Storage Giant and Michael to anyone looking for the best option around.

Had a great experience talking to the worker on the phone Simon Powell who made information very clear to me, he was also very positive and kind which did also help.
