Storage King USA Reviews

Great people, clean facility and good price.

Larry was very knowledgeable, took his time explaining everything to me walked away with a good feeling of leaving my car.

Great service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend to anyone using storage. Only thing I would change would be earlier opening hours but all good.

Fast, easy, friendly very helpful convenient service in my experience. Thanks Storage King USA.

Outstanding customer service, and very clean and well kept property.

My moving experience was definitely one for the books! We moved our entire home hit to unload the Uhaul right back into our original home we had packed up merely hours before. The new home had too many issues to begin to disclose on here (and for all those inquiring minds...yes I looked at the house prior to uprooting us & yes I’m aware all of this could’ve been avoided. Thank you very much!) bottom line is at the end of the day spur of the moment i needed a storage unit quick & affordable. From the lady in customer service who made me feel like I wasn’t the first idiot to do something so ridiculous to my new friend Angela (man I hope I got her name right 🤷🏼‍♀️) on site that called immediately to make sure all went smoothly. When we arrived with a 26ft Uhaul packed full of our life...hot, sweaty, aggravated & I’m sure a bit stinky she had a goodie bag already put together with cold waters, magnets, pens. On top of all that, I got a storage twice the size of the one I had elsewhere (part of the reason I was excited about the new home. More space!) for a few dollars LESS! Thanks y’all!

I found my experience with Storage King USA's Ft. Lauderdale store to be amazing!!Both Larry Nicolas and Takeyma Doe went above and beyond to meet our needs to ensure satisfaction and we appreciate the knowledge and accommodations provided to our business especially in this trying and changing time.

As a company that utilizes units across Florida for our business, it is extremely important that we have a solid relationship with all our unit staff and Storage King met and exceeded our expectations!

great place to keep you valuble items . knowledgable staff . My only complaint is the limited access houra for the location. only open till 6 pm. thats a big fail other than that no complaints

The office crew are very helpful. Truck was available. The facility is pleasant and very clean. I like the private loading/docking station where I can drive my car right in front of my storage unit. I rent for a long term. It works for me.

I tried contacting 4 other storage businesses before contacting Storage King USA. The offices were closed on every one & I phoned each one & left messages - I did not receive a return call until 3 days later. I made 1 call to Storage King & BAM! Problem solved. The lady in the office was friendly, efficient & speedy. I’m 100% satisfied! The units are easily accessible, clean & secure. Couldn’t ask for more!
Thank you, Storage King USA, for making my life less stressful.

RoboVault is an amazing place, from the friendliness of the staff, to the clean bathroom to use, the free cold water, the TRUCK to move in stuff for free ... there are so many positive things that makes RoboVault so unique and so much better than any other storage facility. Prices are not higher than competitors. I was on a budget and RoboVault came with a better rate for 6 months out of 2 other facilities in the area.

Outstanding!! Larry, (Manager),went above and beyond to explain everything and get me into the facility! Fantastic facility!

Angela makes you feel important and she's very friendly and professional.

I went in to open a new account but didn't have a lot of time, I was out in under 30 minutes.

Takeyma was helpful, pleasant, professional, answering all of my questions and clearly explained the unique Robo Vault facility.

She completed my transaction while assisting several other customers with access to their units and never made me feel ignored.

My experience was better than I expected. The facility is clean and all the staff are welcoming. There was clearly a customer first attitude from everyone working.

I have already recommended Storage King to several of my friends!!
