Thats lovely to hear you love our coffee Thankyou
Outstanding Customer Service
Coffee is great but what I want to highlight is the customer service. DPD failed to deliver the coffee to the right address. I emailed Cafeology that I was chasing-up DPD. Lizzie phoned me to let me know they would chase-up DPD on my behalf and had replacement coffee ready to despatch. Fortunately the coffee was tracked down so replacement not needed. In this age of online shopping, nobody phones you to sort out a problem 🙂

Next day delivery, coffee is awesome
Service was fantastic with next day delivery and a minor email query answered quickly. I've only tried the Sumatran single origin and Cooling Towers blend so far, but both are excellent, while being completely different.
