Won't lie I was sketched since I've never heard of this store and first time ordering from here with big purchase but it ended up being a quick order and came within like 2 days with everything being perfect.

Good team, looked after me with what I needed. Had to exchange a product after being sold the wrong thing at first and they rectified it immediately without a fuss. Also helped me out with a power supply for an old studio monitor of mine which I thought would be a far stretch but they had it on hand and they provided it super cheap. Great store.

Staff are extremely helpful even when I have lots of 'dumb' questions. Im in my late 70's and have not had that much experience with modern technology and digital type equipment. I am financially able to afford to upgrade my ageing equipment but have been reluctant to do so without feeling that I have adequate 'after sales' support. I avoid purchasing on-;ine because I wish to support local music shops. Since purchasing small bits and pieces I have graduating to spending many thousands of dollars in the past couple of years. Just knowing that I can ring up or pop in and ask 'dumb' questions about the equipment and how to use has been criticial. Your staff are great.
