SCAM!! I ordered a green tea face mask and they sent me a email notification stating that it was delivered today but I haven’t received anything. SCAM

I've ordered a bottle 1 year ago from Storeigo. It never came. When I asked about it they said I cannot get a refund because it is not in their 'system'. Truly a SCAM.

Huge Ponzi scheme I never received a tracking number 30 days never received my package it was delivered to the wrong address. When I notify the company The company They confirm indeed they did receive the package returned to sender. And when I ask for a refund they informed me they would keep 30% of my money and refund the rest. Do not buy from this company is a rip off a scam I’m very overpriced for nothing

I ordered the product and it never got delivered. When I sent them an email they told me to enquire from my local post office or ask my neighbors whether the product has been mistakenly dropped in their address. This is a serious scam.

It took 4 weeks to receive my product on a so call Express Paid Order! I requested a refund and was denied due to company policy. After finally receiving the product I experienced skin irritation and was advised by a very smart employee via email to discontinue using product! Well thanks a lot Sherlock

No shame , no decency , no ethics ... I am going to do everything I can to close them down and all their associates!!

I ordered a skin product, that took 5 weeks to get. When I finally got it it was half full. I also ordered from them through Poshmark, and my item said it was received but was never delivered. Thankfully I went through Poshmark and they refunded my money. I think this is a gigantic scam operation and would not recommend them to anybody!!

This is a fraudulent company....false advertising and they don’t actually have none of the products their putting out there....they steal your money and make excuses as to why your package hasn’t been delivered. There has to be a way to get this company shut down entirely as you can see none of their reviews are good. How they are getting away with robbing people everyday is beyond me.

This store is horrible!!!, I ordered one small bottle of their product, waiting for more than 40 days, by the end what I received is a broken bottle in pieces with a wet envelope. Dealing with them by lots of emails for refund, no results so far, it's 8 days past!!
I am wondering how they manage their business for the international market. Do not buy from them!!

This is a horrible website. I bought a product from them. When I receive it the product has no exp date. No address. No origin. No tag and code! It’s totally a fake stuff. Don’t order from them

This store is a scam.. do not buy anything or order anything from them.. they take your money and pretend to send the delivery, then they say you did not provide the correct address.. please people.. be wearing about this fake scamming site!!

This company is very crap. I ordered some items around 1 month ago and i still haven't recived it so i advise you not to buy anything from this rubbish company.

Bought carrot crap serum and like all the other reviews I should have read before I bought the rubbish product that did nothing. And when they wrote back said they had sold 1000’s and no negative reviews .. funny how I found all these !!?
And yes no offer of refund or credit ..!

I have worked in customer service for years and go by the saying , treat others as you’d like to be treated ,fairly, and yes ,sometimes I do feel like screaming at them , in person or on the phone , or if I’m wearing a very obvious uniform and they ask if I work there and I say, who me ? I just wander from room to room ..
But I don’t and I try to leave the customer feeling as if I tried my best !
But they keep emailing me (after I’ve told them how terrible they are ) and say how sorry they are but can’t do anything and I think , I see the words but all I hear is bla bla bla ......
