I ordered masks a long time ago and Have not received them. I got a response to 1 e-mail stating someone would contact me and no one has. Repeated attempts to contact a representative from their support has been to no avail and their page is not available. This is unacceptable at any time and unethical during this corona virus era. I will notify the NYS Attorney general's office and Facebook.

I just prayed to all of the people behind this will feel how bad that they have been scammed. In Jesus name.

If you want to loose your money, go ahead and do business with them! I placed an order on February 2nd, to this date I haven't received the merchandise ordered. I sent multiple emails to the support email listed on their website. I haven't received any feedback. It doesn't have nothing to do with the pandemic we are dealing with. I just noticed that a lot of people have been through the same dilemma I faced with these criminals. Its obvious to me that they are commuting fraud. Don't order from these people. You will not receive the merchandise and your money will not be refunded. We need to post these issues in every review company so that eventually they stop ripping people off. They sound Chinese to me.

Don't order anything from them! It will never ship to you although you have paypal it's useless.

This company is a joke
I ordered a memory foam pillow for it to arrive with an odour of damp with mould spores forming.
Stopped replying after they requested a video which I sent.
I didn't realise that it came from China or I would never of ordered it.
Also what I did find strange was after I 1st complained I got a very malicious virus on my phone

Do NOT order anything from this website. They are an absolute scam. I ordered thermoreactive hair dye and I sent a video of the dye not working under hot air or hot water, and they had the audacity to send another video with the product in my hair because they are THAT flat out stupid and such con-artists.

This company is a total scam!!!!! Not only did they send me a defective product THAT WOULD NOT EVEN TURN ON but then wanted a video to prove it once i sent it in to them they said it was too late to return it because you only have 48 hours REALLLLLLLY UNBELIEVEABLE..... I WILL SEND A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL.

Esta empresa es un terrible fraude, no tienen garantías de nada, venden productos irreales, y sus cuentas externas no enseñan absolutamente nada de lo que venden, tan solo se limitan a poner memes. Así que a la pregunta: ¿storeigo es de fiar? La respuesta es un rotundo NO.

They sent me a broken item, when I contacted the site regarding the none working item, they had me send a video. I did this, just for them to stop replying to my requests for a working item or a refund. I filed a complaint with PayPal. Storeigo responded saying that I needed to return the broken item before they will refund. The out of pocket expense to ship back at my cost is greater than the cost of the item I purchased. Either way, I have lost money in trying to purchase from this site. I strongly advice you to use and American based company, rather than this scam Storeigo is running thru China

It is a scam company. Dont buy anything. I regret so much. I have bought a 50€ product. They didnt deliver the package. I wrote that i havent received the package to the given email. the automatic reply is: your parcel is non signature required. They dont mind if it is delivered or not. They dont reply who to contact about the delivery. They dont reply to your questions after you buy the product. Only automatic messages. So i hope my sad experience shows you not to throw out money like this.

I ordered a shower head here and when I received it, it had a big crack on it going all across the side of the shower head so powerful streams of water was coming out from the side of the shower head, rendering it close to useless.

I contacted Storeigo and told that my product got damaged during shipping a few days after I received the product, and their response was:
"As per our store policy, we can only accept request for product replacement or refund within 48 hours from the delivery date of the item." What a joke. Stay away from this place.
