Won 450 bucks Sunday evening. Was only able to cash out 250 at the time. It was in my account within 8 hours. So yes the redemption threshold wasn’t ideal but with a redemption time that quick I didn’t mind. They have a decent selection of games and site ran buttery smooth. Probably my favorite out of all their sites. I do not participate in their daily promos as I already know you’re capped at 25$ for any redemptions with promo winnings so no issue for me there.

I haven't really had any issue with the game. Don't like ads but it is what it is. I wish it would win more often. Seems like it just eats everything I put in it.

For one if I have $0.15 and I do a $0.10 spin I should have $0.05 left instead it becomes $0.00. That is just scamming money, especially since I have actually paid quite a few times on this site.

I rolled the 3 buffalo in buffalo rush for which would've been my 3rd coin and it didn't credit me for the win. After multiple times talking with customer service (who was polite) they failed to prove I was wrong. They wanted me to screenshot some exact moment which would be impossible.

StormRush told me my winnings were limited to $25 under Award Rule #7 after I used free plays in Genius and later won in a different game. Support could not give me a detailed breakdown beyond pointing me to the rule, and then closed the chat. My advice: do not spend on them. I also got proof and request to escalete to a supervisor.

I like them for their game selection and reasonable payout time BUT I refuse to believe anyone has ever won the bullrush spin. I have been spinning it everday for nearly a year and never won.... It is just $5 so why are the odds so bad especially if they are offering packages for spins on it? Stormrush if you are reading this you need to do something about that.
Otherwise don't change anything else overall you are fantastic.

I love the games and hopefully the redemption process is easy too haven't gotten to redeem any winnings yet but I'm hopeful that I will in the near future.
