An absolute joke of a site
An absolute joke of a site. Instead of paying out $100 they refunded my money from my purchase and took another $114 out of my account on their site. They paid me $25 out of the $214 and told me it was because it was a mix of the free .69 I got from their wheel and my purchase. So basically they're just not in a position to pay out a couple hundred dollars I guess. Play at your own risk. A month and a half later they reply to a review saying if I need help but never tried to email. Proves that they're just trying to save face. Only help I need is all of my winnings that I won fairly.

Warning: Stormrush.com cleared a jackpot win as a "visual glitch" after the game crashed. Watch out.
Just wanted to put out a massive warning about Stormrush.com. I was playing Double Up (one of the Rubyplay/Asian Jackpot mode games) around 5:10 - 5:15 PM today when I hit a jackpot spin. The screen flashed a "Congrats" message, and then the entire game immediately crashed and reset. No coins/SC were added to my balance.
I immediately contacted their customer support chat (chats with "Jerry" attached below) and it was a complete joke.
First, they asked me to provide a screenshot of the win popup. I pointed out the obvious: how am I supposed to screenshot a pop-up when the game instantly crashed the moment it appeared?
I asked them to look at my game history and transaction IDs on the backend.
After a "review," the agent claimed they couldn't find any record of the jackpot win on their side and pulled the ultimate casino cop-out, telling me it must have been a "temporary technical or visual issue."
Basically, if the game crashes on a massive win, they will just call it a glitch and wipe their hands of it because you don't have a split-second screenshot.
I’m done spending a single cent on this platform. I’m posting this here so you all know what you're dealing with, and I will also be filing a formal complaint with the FTC regarding their practices.

They used to be great. I don't know what changed but the RTP is terrible now and the deals suck. It is all of their sites too triple 777, vegas way, scarlet sands they are all bad now. I guess they get you hooked and then drop your RTP. No good go somewhere else.

If you can’t trust someone in little things, you can’t trust them in big things either.
Both spin wheels and buffalo rush are greatly misleading. Spin green wheel over 100x and all but once lands on GC. Gold wheel which they entice you for landed on GC both times. Buffalo rush will never let you get the last gold coin.
Pop ups are quite annoying.
Jacktop Games and the visual layout are the best things Stormrush has to offer.
